    Main cable should be terminated to left side ? Outgoing cables should be connected to right side ?

      Main cable entries to JB shall be depend upon the type of JB. Main cable shall enter from bottom and left and right side cable shall be branch cable this helps individual termination inside JB..

      @@eFundaChannel thank you. I mean we have have Fire and Gas field junction box. Main multitriad and auxiliary cables going out to the detectors are entering from bottom only. My question is about termination pattern. We have vertical terminal block. First bottom hole at extreme left is for main cable and remaining holes are for branch cables. However contractor is trying to terminate maincable from right to left. Is there any IEC code available for, normally main cable should be terminated to left side?
