Lobby: Make the lobby like a wild west saloon, with some torn couches and a bar with a NPC that sells drinks, the drinks should also be free because you cant earn xp in the lobby (duh), and the second floor should have a lounge. Or just make some minigames.

*Lobby idea:* Everyone know how boring is to be in lobby and waiting, so you could make a parkour with different difficulty like diff 1, 2 and 3 at diff 1 you get pistols at 2 assault rifle and 3 sniper and you can have something like a special room where people can shoot some targets with the weapons from the parkour, that can be verry cool in my opinion and srry if i write something fail :)
You can do a large farm and you can put it like cows behind invisible wall's and there's like parkour to get on the top and on top you can like get a view off the map and you get like some clothes and maybe a gun idk xD

Make the lobby some kind of survivors HQ, den, hideout, or some kind of Diamond City type of thing from Fallout 4. You could even make the lobby a Scorp-7 HQ bunker or somthing.
Maybe make for a lobby: Train station Sheriff office Farm Maybe some sort of convoy of wagons A saloon Maybe a horse stable and feeding stable Or you could maybe do a western type bank Hope this helped :)

An inspiration for the waiting room, is that you should have a small desert area with an Indian tribal ground with parkour

If it is a arena map, you could have some NPCs in the lobby. Also seeing as it is a western style map, it could be like a saloon.
