LVEF IS 60%...left side chest pain coming and going continually form last one week, pls suggest me what to do?
Consult a cardiologist, ideally you should also get a MRI angiography of heart to rule out vessel disease. Ask your doctor, you might get benefit with b-2 blockers medications like carvedilol

You have not included Hypertension induced Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This is a condition I am interested in. Have you come across this in a baby before?
