    sir , my age is 41, recenty i done 2d eco, in report showing LV IS DILATED IN SIZE , no regional wall motion abnormality . preserved systolic ticknning of all the walls . good lv function . LVEF IS 60%...left side chest pain coming and going continually form last one week, pls suggest me what to do?

      Consult a cardiologist, ideally you should also get a MRI angiography of heart to rule out vessel disease. Ask your doctor, you might get benefit with b-2 blockers medications like carvedilol

    You have not included Hypertension induced Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This is a condition I am interested in. Have you come across this in a baby before?

      My 4 months old is suspected with HOCM....nobody is able to answer....

      I have worked there for 17 years from 1999 to 2016 till I moved to UK
