Good video, Banks Diesel makes an aluminum spacer that keeps your sensor out of the air stream. I put it on my 2024 L5P and had to clean the sensor before I reinstalled it.
Wow impressive, you may want to take a look at it. My dad’s 19 l5p only had 55,000 miles and his was twice as bad as mine, runs so much smoother now with a new one.
Replace it. That is NoT bad looking from outside… the “bulb” is blue in color… it is the “thermistor” / temp sensor… and there are “ports inside you can’t see…. There is a “MAP” spray cleaner.. GM says “no MAF cleaner”. Keep it in orientation as installed and spray it off. I used qtip to GENTLY clean off the bulb… but do not stick anything in the ports
