While I feel bad for the humble background the hubby came from thst is NO EXCUSE for the beatings, cheating, and gaslighting he put his wife through. She took more than she should. He had such promise and great business skills but he wasted them, his family, and his life in listening and cheating with LiLi. He should have worked with his wife to repair their relationship and communication. She loved him and thought him worthy. That is the opinion that should have mattered, no one else's. Even if he never made it big he had a loving family that most people would envy. He should have shifted his perspective from woe is me to I have what I need. He could have gone back to school to study another aspect of business or computers to strengthen his work skills and his wife would have supported him. He cheated himself out of a bright loving future.
