    You literally skipped over the part I needed. Gurrrl I needed to know how to do the body.

    This seems WAY easier to do than just playing with the Base/Shade colors. Just not sure how you're able to match the body skin color to the face.

      You can use the eyedropper tool to get the color you want from the face on the body.
      Alternatively: you can import the same png file to the body texture. I recommend the former over the ladder though. its easier.

    13:42 HOW DID U DO THAT? Like, you could draw in one side, and then the other side would look the same- a do also, how can you move the place around? I can only zoom out and zoom in, but o thing else, not the right, or left, just in the middle

      There is a mirror tool in Vroid so that you can draw the same thing on both side. It's on the right hand menu.

      To turn the character there are a few ways to do it. If you use a mouse the easiest way is to hold space bar, while you drag the character where you want it to go.

    Your vtuber avatar is SO cute. I’ve been contemplating how you’d do box braids on VROID and you absolutely NAILED it on your character. Awesome work

    This is a great video. It was very detailed and I was able to get a decent start to an avatar. But everything changed when I used the CLOTHING EDITOR! My entire body Texture disappeared when I changed the clothes and I couldn't figure out how to get it back other than exiting the program and reopening my last save. Does one have to do the clothing first then change the skin? what did I do wrong? how can I keep my skin tone texture but change the clothing options?

    • @froggliz3858
      @froggliz3858  4 года назад +4

      Yeah its a side effect. I will probably make another video showing how to avoid that. usually I recommend using the clothing editor first. but in your case your files are still there (you didnt lose them completely.) go back to the outfit you had on originally and instead of editing the clothes with the menu on the right, use the one on the left. that will change the outfit by item, so top, bottom, shoes. Sometimes this works so you dont loose your hard work on the body textures.

      @@froggliz3858 Okay, thanks. I was so annoyed at first! LOL I see that each clothing Preset has it's own Body texture and that it's not separate across the software. This is GOOD to know from the start so that I will know to start as close to the clothing style I want before changing all the textures. Thanks for your reply! BTW I think my software has the a la carte clothing on the right side. It was the left side preset options that changed the whole body. You were right though, I was able to switch it back to the clothing I started with , it said (edited) next to it, whew, and my textures were still there.
