I own and love this tool. I would agree with Brian Taylor that there are three nut drivers. The 1/4" is where the driver bit is held and the 5/16" is just before the tweezer springs (yes, the driver bit must be removed to use these, but it isn't exactly a high speed low drag operators tool). The 3/8" is between the tweezer arms (yes, a firm grip is required here to prevent the springy tweezer arms from losing grip of a nut/bolt, but still relatively functional). Another thing worth mentioning is that the 1/4" driver holder being slightly tapered and the ball detent on the driver bit provide a double safety layer of sorts keeping the driver from slipping through the holder. I'd call it a gem, if a pocket tool could ever be deemed as such. New subscriber here. Keep up the great vids.
Carrying your pocket pry tool of choice, like the micro widgy or Leatherman Brewzer, along with Uncle Bill's sliver gripper tweezers on your keychain would make more sense and would be more affordable to boot
Given the price many pocket tools sell for and the prices charged for some production knives made with unremarkable materials, $65 for limited production, US made and titanium sounds to me like the maker's selling himself short.
Out of curiosity, Nick, have you ever used any other pocket tools from some of the other companies? Koch tools, knifeguys, etc. lots of those companies have big followings on instagram. Just curious because I've been wanting one of these enigmas and have several tools from other companies and wondering what you think compares best against this one as well as what your favorite or preferred tool is. Thanks!
Nick I think you should have also included as good (for every pocket tool like this) is that it's a tool you can legally carry in places/countries where knives aren't allowed.
Definitely seems much more useful than a lot of the gimmicky crap out there. Seems fairly bombproof. The tweezer end needs a condom like the one you use on the jaws of channellocks. So- a condom for your pocket probe is necessary...😅🇺🇸
I'll take your poorly reviewed Gerber Dime over this for $20. Have had mine for two years and still going strong. I have a Leatherman Surge with 41 piece bit kit and some atrachable saw blades in my apocalypse bag, but my Dime gets more use than any tool I own. The blister package opener is worth the price alone. Although if Leatherman made a mini multitool with that package opener I'd be all over it.
Actually picked up a niteize dohickey after seeing your vid on it, did some work on the bottle opener and have loved it sence, weĺll guess i otta look into getting one of these little guys to replace it on my main keys haha P.s carrying a terrible cheapo amazon knife this week just because its hilariously terrible not a fractal of suck yet but damn does it struggle to knife
Curious why you think it needs an O2 wrench? Wife is a medic - she would never use this on O2 tanks. She has a dedicated O2 wrench on her lanyard and she wants me to get a backup milled into her Ti knife handle. (May re-purpose one of the lanyard holes.)

Got it. My only point was that most (if not 99%) of the first responder tools/knives would never be used by first respondes. That tiny little window breaker on most knives and seat belt cutters... no way. She wants one on the scales of her Ti knife, but would likely never use it and has never seen one implmented on a tool she would use, other than a dedicated O2 wrench. Hope I'm not coming across as argumentative - not my intent.
my first responder friend wants a knife with an o2 wrench and or a pry bar or multi tool with an o2 wrench. Leatherman also make a very useful cutting shears with o2 wrench on it, but they are sorta bulky. i think they are called a rapter or something like that.

You didn't mention the weight - it's titanium so lighter than it appears, making it easy to carry. I love mine and agree that the prybar is excellent.

Interesting tool. I think there are 2, and maybe 3, nut drivers. 1/4", 5/16", and maybe a larger one between the legs of the tweezers.
I use one of these almost daily at work. I carry it in the coin pocket with the tweezers downwards and it's never been a poking issue

I don't think he's selling himself short, I think other multi tool manufacturers are overpricing their items.

If you remove the bit, the tweezers will loosen up a bit, that's what I do for mine

Raptor. Good shears. Way to hard to get to the other tools (per the wife). There are shears that are equally good without all the extra baggage.
