Start by forgetting all other videoes showing speed and turn order mechanics - they are wrong.
I posted 1 video yesterday discussing the new theory for turn order - now I follow up with a better explanation of how it REALLY works.
It gets a bit nerdy - but cannot explain it without nerdiness....
