Well done. I will follow your instructions by taking the "school bag" on my back during basic freestyle kicking so that my body is able to float. No wonder on Sunday, my body sink down during practicing the freestyle(leg kicking). Instead of moving forward but backwards. I very angry n disappointed n stopped. During swimming, 1 gd swimmer told me to use my big thigh, or hip or waist and not knee cap. I did tried out kicking faster n small steps but doesn't move at all. On tue, I will try out to use "school bag" so that body will float.

初學者的心得是,確實,腳踝要伸直,打水才有力道,
然後,我原本身體僵硬,踢水的腳多半都在水面下,踢不太起來,經過練習踢腿一陣子之後,我發現身體要放輕鬆,且臉要朝正下方,這樣身體漂浮著,踢水就好多了,前進速度好多了。
