When I saw the Audition Performance on The World’s Best, I had a soft drink in my hand and when it came down to the final part of the song, I almost dropped my Drink! MmmyyyOOoooowwnnnnnnnn!! Mmmyyyyooowwwwwwwnnnnnnnnn!!!! WOW!! Fantastic!! I had a lump in my throat!!
What a performance,they deliver so much emotion in this song ,watching them individually ,makes me shock,how could these voice came out from this young little boy,im shaking till the end ,speechless no words to say,INCRIDIBLE,TNT BOYS UR THE BEST.
There is a big difference in how they had to approach these two different versions. About two months before the "Worlds Best" performance, Mackie's voice started changing. He was able to keep control on his lower end but it would crack if he went high. Their vocal coaching team rearranged everything so that Mackie would not have to go high. There was also a time constraint that needed to be met for the "Worlds Best" which is why it was rearranged to be a much shorter song.
Their ages back then 11 Kiefer, 10 mackie, 9 Francis ( little Big Shot) they were formed as a group to the song of Listen/ GGV. ( Vice Ganda) 3 yrs ago.

I am totally impervious to the talent of child singers. I always have this feeling that they are the puppets of their parents or supervisors who are trying to live their own dreams through them. It is all the more disturbing when they sing lyrics that reflect adult feelings and not of their age. Weird.
If you spend any time getting to know their backstory, you'll find that this is their dream, first. That's part of the enjoyment--watching these kids live their dream.
These children all grew up in poverty. One of them once went three days without food and only water to drink because the family had no money. They sang their way out of destitution. Don't judge others without knowing the truth.

And sad stories are not tools to be used to be appreciated any more. Mine is not good but I do not use it. I have this feeling for all children which come to song or play in a tv show. And the TV has this annoying tendency to do the maximum to get the tears flowing. It doesn't help.
