I have the ZTE z839 Blade Vantage (Verizon) and it was similar in many ways but different in others. It took me about 1 hour 30 minutes. Took a lot of time to get the cracked screen off because I had to pick out small pieces of sharp glass. Unfortunately, my screen did not include sealant so I reused the sealant that was already in place.
