- This luxurious, slightly Mediterranean-influenced, tropical paradise villa has a large ocean pool, a private garden, and amazing sunset views. Each of its four bedrooms has a double bed, a balcony and a bathroom. No CC/mods! Built on Sapphire Shores (50x50) beach lot in Sulani. This time the "How To" is about creating an ocean pool with steps (starts at 10:40).

The symmetric structure, the view, the exterior are just spectacular.

The black rocks around the foundation are from the debug menu, they came with Island Living.
Hi SimDay, maybe you could build a new 64*64 luxury mansion on Winderburg. Love your luxury mansion before, but ... I think it has a lot of bedroom and no basement ...
And no housekeeper room.
Thank you for the build idea! I've added it to my "to build" list (and I noticed that someone has already requested Windenburg 64x64 lot build). The luxury mansion I built was the very first large house I had ever built, so it had to have some flaws. All the feedback I have received definitely motivates me to build a new one. 😊 When I built it, I didn't even consider adding a basement (other than a basement garage, but I couldn't make it work at the time). I don't know what luxury mansions have in their basements, so I'll have to look it up. 😄
A room for a housekeeper or a butler is a very good idea too.

The red flowers on the side of the house are called Creeping Bougainvillea. They come with Jungle Adventure and you should find them in Wall Sculptures section (right below the windows; I guess they are in the same category on PS4 as on PC).
