Computer beeps 3 times and refuses to power up Fix

- If your computer is beeping and not coming on with three beeps that repeats constantly here is whats wrong and how to fix it. Save yourself time and money by fixing it yourself with this tutorial.
Here are the beeps and what they could mean:
1 Beep - Refresh Failure
Reseat/replace memory, troubleshoot motherboard.
2 Beeps - Parity Error
Reseat/replace memory, troubleshoot motherboard.
3 Beeps - Memory Error (first 64KB)
Reseat/replace memory.
4 Beeps - Timer Failure
Troubleshoot motherboard.
5 Beeps - Processor Failure
Troubleshoot CPU, motherboard.
6 Beeps - Keyboard Controller Failure
Troubleshoot keyboard, motherboard.
7 Beeps - Virtual Mode Exception Error
Troubleshoot CPU, motherboard.
8 Beeps - Display Memory Failure
Trouleshoot display adapter, motherboard.
9 Beeps - ROM BIOS Checksum Failure
Replace ROM BIOS, troubleshoot motherboard.
10 Beeps - CMOS Shutdown Register Failure
Troubleshoot motherboard.
11 Beeps - L2 Cache Failure
Troubleshoot L2 cache, motherboard.
Continuous Beeps - Memory or Video Failure
Troubleshoot memory, display adapter, motherboard.

Been sitting on the floor with my seven year old son trying to figure out why our pc is making beeping sounds and not starting. My man, my fiance cleaned my computer area and afterwards i got the 3 beeps and monotor loosing signal. My IT guy told me ill have to bring it in and ill only get it back on monday (its wednesday today). My car broke down the day before lockdown and ended up costing my entire april and mei salary, i literally dont have a dime on my name so basically my pc would be fucked, but this method of your actually worked!! I just punched the back of my CPU softly like 3 or 4 times and now it's starting up , no lie , I was getting pissed off, it was that or throw the PC out the window and it just started working

Thank you friend, just a quick note: If Inside the case is dusty and this were to happen again I suggest you clean the dust from inside the case along with the cleaning the RAM.

For anyone interested... I followed instructions and removed all RAM memories (didn't blow them) but removed some dust with a brush and when putting them back on it worked!! PC on again functioning well

I had purchased a refurbished Lenovo computer which came with an HP keyboard. I hooked everything up, and got the 3 beep problem. I did some YT video searches concerning others who had the same problem with a refurbished Lenovo computer that came with an HP keyboard. I found another guy who had the same problem. In his case, he switched to a USB keyboard, and then it worked fine. My guess was that the BIOS was not updating to recognizing the HP keyboard and thus registered an error. So To increase the chances of it doing so, I removed one 4GB mem card. It was now up and going. I then reinstalled the second 4GB mem card, and it too was working fine. So my guess is that when the refurbished units were tested, they were tested using a USB keyboard, thus not using the HP keyboard.
i just opened up my pc and realized that i didn’t even put in my memory cards
I have reseated the memory,cleaned thw slots and memory,tried other memory and still jave this problem,could it be tgat my bios got corrupt?

Our breath has a lot of water vapor that can cause rust, try using a blower to clean. Pull the plugins out then reinsert and it's done, It should work, or further checkup.
