Samantha Gwilliam, Tammy Daybell's sister, took the stand in Lori Vallow Daybell's trial on Thursday, April 27.
She will be back on the stand Friday, April 28. This is part one of her testimony.

To bad Tammy’s own kids can’t see the monster their dad is
They blame Lori for his situation and some of Lori's side blame Chad for her dilemma but they did it all together.
It must be so hard gorgeous them I have only compassion for their situation, regardless of what they choose to believe

I would hate to be in the children’s position. Imagine your father killing your mother. Would you believe it to be true? Without knowing any of the evidence? I wonder if any of them have changed their minds after hearing all the evidence in this trial.

Their dad is all they have left and they aren't going to throw him overboard until they know for sure he killed her and the kids. Yes, it is pretty clear to me that he did this with the help of others, but the children have lost so much already, they don't want their family to be done with.

It wasnt sweet at all. Chad concocted a lie that Tammy's grandmother came to him in a vision and told him to tell tammy to visit her parents so she could finish her family tree that normans are supposed to do.
This was to get her out of the house for a while so they could kill Tylee, dismember and burn her in the yard. Cant remember how he slid in the burial of JJ, but she was away for that too.
She came back to 2 dead bodies in her yard and she knew nothing about it.
Not sure how long she was at her parent's house. 3 days maybe.

Yeah, I think he's trying hard for a mistrial and/or an overturn of conviction upon appeal. He's trying his hardest to make the Judge do or say something that is out of court procedures, opening that judge up to errors...
Because Lord forbid if Tammy looked pale in the picture in 2017, he will say she was sick and dying.

Chad packed up the family and moved to Rexburg because he was a 'person of interest' in the murder of ELIZABETH SALGADO. Chad was tutoring her when she disappeared in 2015. She was last seen leaving his class at the Nomen Global Language Center in Provo, in the middle of the day. But she never made it back to her home just 2 miles away. Her remains were found in a shallow grave in 2018 in a Springfield canyon. At the time Chad was employed at Springfield Cemetery, as well as teaching English to Mormon immigrants from Mexico. The sheriff’s office, Provo police and the FBI, continue to focus on solving this case.

It is nice to hear testimony from Tammy’s family. Tammy gets lost in this tragic story sometimes. I am so thankful that Lori has to sit through all these testimonies although I wonder if she will ever have any remorse or regrets about what she & Chad did.
I don't think she has any remorse, sure she's sad she's incarcerated but that's as far as it goes. I don't understand how or why but she thinks she's a god of sorts and all this was what had to happen.

People that do long, planned-out conspiracy to murder and who follow through with murder don't have regrets. That's not how the psychology of those type of people works. They're not normal, they don't feel anything toward anyone but themselves and getting caught.

I don't know what she is, surely the trial will address this at some point. The detached way she acts during those raw phone calls from family members in obvious pain has me thinking she's living in a world authored by humpty dumpy and she LOVES it there. She has powers there and that beats out anyone that ever matter at some point in her life. It's tragic.
When you hear the heartbreak in the voices of family who truly loved these murder victims it is a stark contrast to the cold, unemotional response of Lori. I cannot imagine how this poor woman must feel facing one of the architects of her sisters murderer.

Chad's sister in law Heather, said that Chad made sure to isolate Tammy in Rexburg. He would go around saying to people "Tammy doesn't like it when you do x or y" that sort of thing. It was invariable something that HE wanted to control or stop, but he always couched it as Tammy's fault.
And they finally came to understand that he did the same thing about Heather back to Tammy. So that they each thought the other was a critical and unfriendly judging person.
Heather also said that she never heard Chad say a kind thing about Tammy, but frequently heard him run her down to her face.

Did they discipline the coroner for not doing an autopsy, because Chad told them not to? In Idaho, they're supposed to check with the person's doctor to sign off on the dismissal of an autopsy. (Example: someone who had a severe health problem, the family can ask for no autopsy). Tammy was a healthy woman with no underlying health problems, so she wouldn't have qualified for no autopsy. That coroner never talked to Tammy's doctor and just signed off on it.
I have no idea of whether they were ever disciplined but I've always wondered why they just took Chad's word for it that it was natural causes? It's just like Joe Ryan, they just said it was probably a heart attack, case closed, go ahead with cremation.
That was incompetence at the very least.

Kiplyn Davis disappeared many years ago from the Springville area where Chad worked, at the cemetery. He knew her, his whole family knew her family. There are so many missing kids from there. It always made me wonder if Chad was involved. Her family thought she was buried in a grave at the cemetery perhaps with another person since they never found her. I think he perhaps killed before.
Between the two young women missing in areas connected to Chad. He may actually be a serial killer.Having dead children on his property probably gave him a thrill.
How awful that this genuine good person had to die, and evil people like Lori and Chad get to walk this earth.

No way could Alex have dug such a precise grave for JJ. Summer said he seemed to have the decision-making skills of a 16 year old after his car accident so given the neat cutting of roots, the woid panels and rock placement, enter Chad. I suspect Lori helped Alex duck tape him and wrap in the plastic because he clearly was fighting for his life so it'd have to have taken two. I also suspect Lori drugged Tylee.
Chad had scratches on his neck, according to David Warwick, after getting into "a tussle" with JJ. I'm sure he probably participated in helping Alex and would have had anger towards JJ. I think David and Melanie both knew what was going to happen to him. Melanie already knew about Tylee. They are all involved by association.
I don't think Lori had any hand in the killing or burial. She didn't have to. They did all of it for her. They're all vile.

I have never seen any trial or Judge want to end the day, especially when a witness is just getting started, end at a specific time.
He seems to really want to take lots of breaks and make sure no one goes over the exact time he has in mind. I know he's the judge for a reason, but it seems a little off to me.
Prolonged agony!
I mean, in all fairness we don't know how much longer her testimony is going to last. Some witnesses are on the stand for hours. So in regards to the personal lives of all involved with the trial, it's kind of important to stick to at least an approximate end of day time. Even if the prosecution says they only expect to interview this witness for an hour, no one knows how long the defense might choose to cross examine. Schedules exist for a reason 🤷♀️ Especially in fairness to the members of the jury, who didn't choose to be there, it's important to stick as closely as possible to the preplanned schedule for the day so that any personal plans they may have are not ruined. People still have lives outside this trial.
Its not unusual at all. The Court has to prepare for the next day, as do the attorney's. The jurors have family's and everyone needs time to run errands and complete other tasks, they also need some down time. And they are going through witnesses faster than was expected which messes with the schedule especially for witnesses that are coming from out of state.
Could you imagine telling your child Grandpa killed Grammy! And those poor grandkids lost their grandparents over lust, power and money

So sad for so many.
So Chad was involved with burials, graves and the dead. He was obviously familiar on all the necessary "procedures" . It tells plenty already. As far as Tammy's coughing it could be just a simple cough but, also, she might have taken? given? something to cause that sudden "coughing". Chad got involved with Lori as she probably kind of "seduced" him and together they develop future plans which were intended for them to be together and pursue their "goals" at any price. So, whoever got in the middle had to disappear and the quickly.....the better. This case is becoming clearer by the day. The evidence says it all. .
He seduced Lori. Upon meeting her He told her they were married multiple times in previous lives. That she was a goddess, he also told her she's a lead figure in the 144,000 and was called to gather thev144,000 with him.
1. There is no proof of any coughing, that's just something Chad said. 2) CHAD seduced LORI, as MalibuDolphin correctly points out. Men control everything in LDS and offshoots, women are to obey and follow. This entire scenario fits with it. You should really know the facts before stating she seduced him when it was exactly the other way around.

Poor Tammy, a true woman and caregiver of others! She doesn't get the attention the children do. Her sister is paying her a wonderful testament. She is largely forgotten by us, as much as by Chad, who tossed her away like a piece of garbage so he could get with some cheap, 4 husband later whore that treated men like dirt and had already murdered one husband, and hated having responsiblity over anybody but herself. The judge allows the defense to interject with a question at the start of the witnesse's testimony for the prosecution she being a sister of one of the deceased. The judge sucks and he makes an appeal justifiable.
I feel this judge could be LDS or the church has a string hold on the courts. Lori's cousin also said it.

What question did you hear? The only question I heard from the defense was about the admission of the picture of Tammy. As evidence I believe. It's perfectly justifiable for a defense attorney to ask a question regarding the admission of evidence.
