Remove skin if possible. Salmon skin can be really mushy if kept for long time after cooking and will taste bad. Its Salmon season here and our freezers are full.. Its very good for everyone if cooked and consumed properly.

I really like the way you did salmon but can i just suggest you something may be you can thin out the sauce more , and I usually make the sauce and only pour over the fish when i am serving so it doesn’t get sacked up and have get dried out , try next time anyway nice video thank u

Fresh Salmon is available only at Salmons, Kadavantra and Lulu in Kochi. It’s frozen at other places. Fresh will taste better.
