I've never thought of this kind of AU before and I like the idea! Like Midoriya is part of AFO's soul that was reincarnated and the one going around is basically kinda like his darkest parts, trapped within his old body.
I think this AU is interesting so I started taking notes on my own version. Check this out "From OG idea: All Might truely [unalived] AFO in their fight b4 Kamino and AFO'S soul reincarnated to Izuku's body My thoughts: that still happened but AFO's body still functions because his OG quirk (The one that lets him steal quirks) imprint takes over the body. The imprint without his soul has no moral compass or good vs evil reasoning therefore continues AFO's(the person's) plans Meanwhile AFO (the person) is reborn as Izuku 14 years b4 cannon with all his memories. As he grows he spends lots of time wondering why he doesn't feel the want to commit acts of evil. He eventually comes to the conclusion that The amount of Quirks his old body contained was driving him insane. "My cup so to speak was more than overfilled. It was spilling out into the room around me and eventually started drowning me" -Izuku Midoriya's journal." That's about all I have currently tho but I typed all that up in like 5 minutes (Also Snowflake, even if this AU ever gets taken down I made a note in that same doc that ur the original creator of the AU idea cuz yea I intend to credit u)

Just imagine if this had some truth in it plus its would actually explained why afo in the canon series looks like a nomu if we are completely honest with ourselves even nine thought he was the real one with how he acted whoes to say theres aint a few nomu clones of afo on the show

This would have made more sense if you had it as the first user as Midoriya instead of All For One since the first user is actually dead and in the anime and manga All For One is still alive. I still like the video don't get me wrong but it bags at the back of my brain that Izuku is supposed to be someone who he is also meant to fight against. Good on you for staying in universe but it really doesn't make any sense for the main villain to also be the hero of it? I'm sorry I rambled. I really do like the video and how it was made with the facial expressions and the videos you chose and how they reacted. Basically, the AFO we know is a Nomu created with his body and Quirk, with copies of his memories programed in. But that version thinks he's the real version... Izuku is the reincarnation of AFO's soul and real memories.

but afo and all might figjt was the first time that they foung while all might was showing izuku his injuries that was the furst fight he had against afo and if afo really is izuku and he has his memories he wont be a cry baby he might be quirk less but he can train his body go to his doctor and take his dead body and transfers all his quirk to his new body and since in this it isnt izuku anymore his hair colour attitude and personality will change
