The Pulsair tank mixer is a portable mixer can be used in 200-liter drums for tank blending of any liquid. Large compressed air/gas bubbles are sequentially pulsed into the bottom of the 55-gallon drum through a long stainless steel probe to create an immediate vertical mixing pattern. The rising air bubbles easily blend together liquids for 100% homogeneous and liquid uniformity. The industrial non-shear mixing is ideal for primary blending, high viscosity liquids, keeping solids in suspension and re-blending separated liquids. The top entry mixer from Pulsair is a variable speed mixer and the operator can control the frequency of the air pulses and the air/gas pressure. The operator can easily access the tank corners without fear of damaging the mixer or side walls of the 55-gallon drum. The Pulsair mixing process is ideal for plastic lined drums because there are no moving parts inside the tank. The Pulsair stainless tote mixer agitator is sanitary and can be used as a food grade mixer for drum stirring and liquid agitation.
