I bought the 5mm 24” DC Franco in white gold from Jacoje. It’s extremely high quality and looks amazing. It weighs 83 grams so I think the weight probably helps the comfort factor. I could see if it was a hollow chain or really light weight it being irritating but I started with the 3mm then exchanged it for the 5mm and both were comfortable and really really high quality. If you buy from Jacoje you’re getting the best of the best and I’m pretty confident you’ll have no issues with comfort or wearability. Braden is also a super nice guy and very responsive on emails, I won’t buy gold now from anywhere else

I love the plain Franco, have it in 28" 5mm and VERY happy I went with plain. Looks the best, natural Franco looks better and let the link do it's thing. It really isn't boxy as people would think because even the plain Franco is rounded off just a bit to where it's not boxy and it is smooth.

I have a 2MM Diamond cut Franco now and wore it without a pendant for almost 2 months before getting a jacoje Diamond pendant to put on it. So without the pendant, it was getting stuck on the shirt a lot and not always just hanging like most chains would. Once the pendant was added, the problem never happened again. As far as feel on the neck no problem at all or difference with other chains not Diamond cut. My conclusion is 2MM and under for Diamond cut without a pendant may suck with it getting caught on the shirt. Other than that I’d say not a problem. This is Diamond cut Franco only. I haven’t had anything else 2MM and under for Diamond cut. Like I have a Diamond cut rope 3MM 24in right now I’ve had forever and don’t remember it catching on my shirt or being uncomfortable around the neck. I also imagine Braden doesn’t hear many complaints cause most people that get 2MM and under usually get a pendant with it is my guess. All this is my experience and opinion of course.

I have the 5mm 22" DC franco, it doesn't irritate my skin but i do here/feel it catching on my clothes, being 5mm and 81grams it doesn't do anything to the chain like bend it or anything but for the smaller DC francos it might over time, overall i love the chain, great quality, was shipped fast, have had it for about 8 months now with no issues
I love my 6mm D/C rope but I also have a classic twisted 4.5mm rope chain & I gotta say, even though it doesn’t shine as much, I love the twisted look more than diamond cut.

I have a 3mm DC Franco and I love it. Wore it two months straight without taking it off with no problems. Doesn’t bother my skin and doesn’t really catch on clothing. Only little issue is the lobster clasp sometimes pokes my neck when I’m sleeping, Francos have bigger lobster clasps than most chains but other than that it’s a perfect chain to wear everyday !!! Looking to get a DC rope soon 🙏🏼

Hey all, I have the Jacoje 3mm d/c Franco with standard crucifix and I’ve never had it snag or get caught on my shirt. The pendant probably helps in that regard, which btw is a perfect size for the 22” chain.
My 1.2 mm d/c franco may be tiny but it hasn't caught onto beard hair or clothing even once. I can say the same about my 3mm d/c franco bracelet, super comfortable. The rope has been known to catch hair more so (for me personally) actually but it's still not often enough for it to matter at all. Really the only type of chain I have this issue with is the box chain. The d/c franco is truly a safe buy for 99% of people sensitive skin or otherwise, on top of that premium look. It's much more comfortable than a rope and almost on par with boxier or purely flat links like cubans or figaros. I think this is due to those style chains laying flush against your skin resulting in less movement while wearing them. FYI: I didn't mean for my comment to drag on so long but I hope this helps anyone shopping. Keep up the amazing content Braden and thank you for the amazing jewelery as always.
I wear a 3mm x 22” DC Franco at 32 grams and without a pendant I don’t feel a thing, even while sleeping. Infact once and awhile I’ve checked with my hand to see if I have it on. However, with a 10 gram pendant I can feel it slightly when I turn my head.
Got the 2 mm diamond cut rope in 24 inch she is absolutely beautiful but it pulls on my shirt pretty frequently, I emailed Braden and he had mentioned this is common but it should normalize after time🤷🏻♂️🤙🏼

I do love the feel of the plain Franco better. As for Ropes..Diamond cut or not..it always pulls the hair for me...can’t do the Rope. For straight up comfort...I wear a JACOJE curb!

In all honesty my ROPE does get caught(literally sticking to a hair)on my beard from time to time and it’s a little painful. Also can be “difficult” to get the chain unstuck. I still recommend getting them 🤣.

Ive been wearing chains all my life is ur very active at the gym or playing a sport and u want to wear in particular a D/C franco i do not recommend it. It can be very irritating on the neck i had a 4mm D/C Franco and i couldnt stand it when i would go for a run and come back with my neck being very irritated. D/C Rope on the other hand is not as noticeable and never really had a problem with D/C ropes. Like Braden said with the D/C Francos they can get stuck on ur shirt sometimes but for me that wasnt the problem so if thats what stopping u dont let it.

HA! I have a small diamond cut chain. White gold. Got it for Christmas one year from a s.o. and omfg I can't STAND that necklace. It hurts so bad!! It constantly pulls tiny hairs out of my skin and also pulls my hair out anytime it touches it. Granted, it's gorgeous. But it ISNT worth it. Mine is tiny compared to the one you showed. But mine is different than yours too. It has literal freaking TEETH haha I'm glad his doesn't hurt. But damn mine is awful.

I have a 24in 5mm DC rope, a 20in 4mm reg rope, and a 22in 3mm reg rope chain. Honestly when I wear them you can't tell what's DC or not.

In all honesty my ROPE does get caught(literally sticking to a hair)on my beard from time to time and it’s a little painful. Also can be “difficult” to get the chain unstuck. I still recommend getting them 🤣.

Wear it by itself or do you layer/stack with anything else? I’m getting one in the next month or so, I like the 2 chain ropes but Jesus the Franco grew on me and it should look fine with my 2.5 rope although it is 18k it should still look fine

1.5 mm diamond cut franco, love it with a pendant, is really shiny even though it is a thinner chain, I personally like thinner chains, definetly going to look for a rope chain or something else to make the perfect layering

I can't even wear my rope chain because it's so uncomfortable. Pulls my hair on my neck and beard and overall is just rough on my neck compared to my high polish chains. Gold is going to shine regardless because it is gold.

I have 3&4 mm Franco’s and they never get hung up on my shirts. My 1.5mm Franco def does tho. Neither bothers my neck and the dc look is just too sweet not to have it on there.
I prefer the plain. I just like the look better. To me, the plain franco looks a lot smoother and it seems to have smaller gaps between the links.

I have a pair of 3mm DC Francos, a 3mm DC box, & a pair of 1.2mm DC Francos, all which have caught a hair or an athletic material shirt at some point. A small price to pay though!

Do the franco as the shorter. Rope already has that bulkier look, better characteristic for the longer chain
Ive been wearing chains all my life is ur very active at the gym or playing a sport and u want to wear in particular a D/C franco i do not recommend it. It can be very irritating on the neck i had a 4mm D/C Franco and i couldnt stand it when i would go for a run and come back with my neck being very irritated. D/C Rope on the other hand is not as noticeable and never really had a problem with D/C ropes. Like Braden said with the D/C Francos they can get stuck on ur shirt sometimes but for me that wasnt the problem so if thats what stopping u dont let it.

HA! I have a small diamond cut chain. White gold. Got it for Christmas one year from a s.o. and omfg I can't STAND that necklace. It hurts so bad!! It constantly pulls tiny hairs out of my skin and also pulls my hair out anytime it touches it. Granted, it's gorgeous. But it ISNT worth it. Mine is tiny compared to the one you showed. But mine is different than yours too. It has literal freaking TEETH haha I'm glad his doesn't hurt. But damn mine is awful.
