Kizian Gacha no, it’s because new workers get the ultimatum to join or sacrifice themselves for a filly’s freedom. Both muffin (derpy) hooves and fluttershy are examples of this.

it's a great reading but there's a skip in audio at 56:27 where the last line is "Funny story" then there's like a skip in dialogue, it goes silent until the story picks up again at 56: 31 with "shut down the whole factory..." There's obviously part of the story meant to be there that just isn't. just fyi.
Nope that's the end of that section of story. If you follow the link to the reading you can find the line "Funny story..." then a line break and then it continues in a new paragraph, "...shut down the entire old factory," etc.
One thing I’m curious about is how you become an employee of the factory... left to a life of solitude and having to do that for years
Basically random selection from the lower factory crew.

I have to admit, this story of yours is actually really good! Especially with how much exceptional detail you put into it (serious, I don't mean that sarcastically). It helps me be able to form a mental picture with ease, so then I can imagine what's taking place where, and everything. Hope you might be able to make a full animation movie of your own story one day. I'd LOVE to see it once u get the chance to create it and then post it here on RUclips! : D
