I can definely see how this crew started, Usopp went out to sea to look for his dad ended up at the fusha village where he met Luffy at the bar. For my favorite its a tie between Sanji and Usopp.
Sanji got a whole upgrade in this universe. "Leg of The Sea" is such a cool epithet too! Nice work man

That was so fun to watch !!! I recommend to do this again . Make Luffy the scolar. Zoro the navigator. Sanji the swordsman. Franky the cook . Ussop the captain. Chopper the sniper (probably snipe with his antlers) Robin the musician . Brook the doctor (Its like I am already hearing his skull jokes with his diagnosis lol). Jinbe the shipwright. Nami the helmsman.

The timeline:
Usopp and Sanji are actually versions that I would have loved to see in an SPS of One Piece
the only one that is a bit off, is Chopper, without the Hito Hito no Mi, he would not be able to keep that form and would be a "regular" reindeer .
Also zoro should probabbly Have BZ instead of BF on the chest, since BF is battle franky.

Backstory: Nami has always lived together with her mother and older brother, never knowing her father. Her mother and older brother told her that he died in order to protect their lives. However Nami has never known him and has no respect for him just being mad about the fact that she doesn’t have a dad. She argues with her mother every day about the same topic, when one day her mother appeared to be very sick and a group of pirates stormed into the house. This is where she learns that the town is actually governed by the legendary Pinkbeard pirates who are known for their cruelty against innocent citizens, and in fact her father sacrificed himself to protect the demonstrators who were demonstrating against Pinkbeard ideology. Since then everyone has never demonstrated again to make sure his sacrifice isn’t in vain. The pirates have been looking for her mother for the past 7 years and finally found her, the wife of the famous traitor is how she came to be known. During the 7-years all the schools have been teaching children that Pinkbeard is actually a good guy and is actually the best human being possible, their parents not being able to do anything against it. And so with the power he had he made the people believe that Nami’s mother was actually a traitor all along and a few months later even ended up executing her. She and her brother went to school every single day since both were considered to be talents Pinkbeard could use on his crew, and so decided to spare them. During these years her brother and her were tortured and bullied everyday by their fellow classmates with her brother not being able to take it any more and eventually killing himself. Nami withstood all this suffering and torture until she was 15 years old when the navy finally defeated Pinkbeard she then promised to never trust pirates again and decide to roll into the navy, however descovering it was even more corrupt than Pinkbeard she quickly regretted her choice. And 3 years later she somehow got rescued by Luffy. (I can write hours about every character but uhm I’m too lazy for that, I wanted to write about how she could read poneglyphs too and stuff but I don’t wanna write 50 minutes for a fake character xd)
Edit: (Maybe if everyone really likes It I can write about more characters but I have too many ideas to write down, like ideas just pop into my head when I see these characters, too much to fit it into a yt commenting section.)

When usopp was a child, he wanted to be a magician with his friends. He wanted to make everyone smile with his magic. When he turned 18 with his buddies, they set off. His magic group would become famous, and at one of his shows, usopp's friends would say that they had a surprise for him. What waited for him was him watching his friends take all of the money they had made from their shows. All he had was his personal belongings and a little money. He just walks and finds a traveling theater. Usopp makes his debut as an actor, and he's really good to. The people love him. But his colleagues get jealous and kick him out, the same way his friends did. So with the money he had, he decided to drink his problems away. At the bar he goes to, he sees a sign that says "EAT FRUIT AND WIN 200,000 BERRIES," so he walks in, and people think that the fruit is poison because it looks weird. Usopp asks the bar keep for a drink, and to let him eat the fruit. He eats the fruit and doesn't feel different, so he just starts drinking, and drinking, drinking (ten more and drinking later), and finally he gets drunk, with a strange guy with short black hair and three swords by his side. After that, the two walk out and become friends and decide to become pirates and find the one piece. Usopp doesn't trust people, but he feels like this weird swordsman is like him. I wonder why?🤔

Oh, here's a thought. The Straw Hats have befriended closely several people, both canon and non-canon. What if the friends they made became crewmates? What would their skillsets be? And even kids would be an option, considering Shanks and Buggy joined Rodger when they were kids, as did Teach with Whitebeard.

Everyone looks badass except for Brook, wish you would've gone with more of a Hiruluk or Crocus look for him and gave him a more serious pose. The cute wobbly hand thing only works for Chopper cause he's an anthropomorphic animal. The logistics of having Brook as the doctor is sick though, he treats everyone and can never get sick himself!

You didn't give chopper the human human fruit which makes it impossible for him to be the way he looks as he is only human like because of his fruit. same with Brook he is only a skeleton cause of his revive fruit after his death so giving him the hito hito makes no sense unless he looked like a human and not a skeleton.
