For a long time I didn't get the appeal of a lot of visual triggers but your light triggers really opened that door and now I fall asleep almost immediately every time

the part with blinking was especially good at ~4:20 like, the counting down and button clicking at the end, i don't know why, but it was really tingly, i watched it like three times before moving on, lol but i wish that part was a bit longer, like a minute at least, yk
