Mihyun doesn't actually have damaged eyesight. She lied about it in order to make it look like an accident, so they won't know she saved those people. That's why she wears glasses. If they knew she had purposely taken the wrong grenade, she would've lost her job and who knows what else they would've done.
We’re not sure she has a defence on that one! 😂 a trained agent/soldier grabbing the wrong grenade is inexcusable, regardless of the outcome of you blinding yourself! Likelihood is they knew she did it deliberately and the fact that Doosik didn’t intervene meant that they shared values that the chairman wanted to use to his advantage and that’s the only reason she didn’t lose her job or worse as you put it!
