i feel like I had one of those spiritual experiences one day after work when I remembered stillness again. For some reason I was in a lot of pain and having to work at jobs i did not like surrounded by people I did not like, doing things that had no outcome for me in the future either. At this point, things have changed a bit. I was able to attend a local school, and have the opportunity to study medicine in the United States, in a pretty decent school. I am giving my all though one thing I realized from that state of presence in that moment is that anything life can do to us are CONTRACTIONS. Either we experience pressures in the abdomen area, or the heart (funny enough some of us may feel it in the left chest), even in the center of the skull, or the "throne" as many call it may become contracted, except we are lost in our thoughts (that we probably believe is the external world -> out there) and what we are feeling that we do not see it, as well as that frenzy taking us into our heads even more.
