Porsche simply mixed my 2 favourite colours for cars: dark green and dark gray. Great choice my friend!

My Carrera 4 GTS is coming in this color next month! I went with black gloss brake calipers and black interior, but otherwise very close to yours. Really striking how the colour changes from green to grey and back again in different light. Love this colour so much better than the usual silver, red and white 911's I see alot around here Great job on the video, btw.
Thoughts on the color since taking delivery? I have a feeling it’s a hard color to capture on camera.
Absolutely love the color. You are right, camera shots don't do it justice. A complex beautiful green in sunlight, while more greyish on overcast day. Just stunning. This car in this color is the kind that makes you turn around as you're walking away just to get another look at it. :)@@Mr_Pickles_

Die Farbe steht dem 911er wirklich fantastisch, da sie in meinen Augen gleichermaßen Sportlichkeit und Eleganz vermittelt. Der 911er wirkt so sehr edel. Mein bisheriger Favorit war Kreide, aber inzwischen bevorzuge ich ganz klar Aventuringrün. Weiterhin viel Freude mit dem schönen 911er :-) .

absolutely stunning. I would have thought that high gloss black around the windows would look better than chrome, but absolutely no, the chrome brings out the colour even more. I love this car. Honestly best specd carrera I have ever seen.
49fiori My Porsche dealer said, 98% of all buyers go for black window trims but I love the chrome as it makes it a lot more classy. But most people want the sporty look obviously.

Silver window trim would also be the one to get if you desire a likeness to the classic 1960's green 911.
Nice subtle colour and I really like the RS Spyder wheels. I have Platinum silver on my 991 it has a champagne tint in certain lights.
Beautiful colour. I have a Volcano Grey Panamera and an Ocean Blue Boxster and still find myself outside just enjoying the sheer beauty of them late at night as the light changes. Enjoy my friend.

I just ordered my first Porsche 911s 992. It’s in this colour too. It’s moderate well equipped. They put my order in and will be confirmed in 4 to 5 weeks I was told… then will wait up to 18months for delivery!

I ordered mine with as far as I can tell almost identical options. Though I don’t have the chrome outline and went for 2tone grey leather

This is the colour of my Cayman GTS. It's a non-colour, I've decided. It seems impossible for the brain to register it. Is it a dark gree, light green or is it creamy? Is there black or white in it? Changes constantly.
Which exhaust note do you prefer between your 991.2 and 992?

I am so excited. This S is a beast and can run easily in 30mph li it’s asnoshing.
I took it out on the track and will yell I have Ne ervexperienced anything like it. Sticks to the road, and never waives. It does exactly wha told.
Also when during through town at 30mph easily with no obnoxious gurgling sounds.
It’s an an amazing machine. If you can be so fortunate enough to buy then get t! It’s a once on a lifetime opportunity and you will literally be astounded. I can only ImAGine what the turbo and turbo s performance is. Its be mind blowing. I test drove mine around the Silverstone race track. .

Thank you! This one (Carrera 4S) came without PASM. My current Turbo S came with PASM but without the Tieferlegung um 1cm. I've got front axil lift on the Turbo S and so far, never had a problem with bumps or Tiefgaragen.
Add sport design rear and this is perfect, love the truffle as well, well done
Sport design rear has no place in an elegant build.
Maybe if i start to learn lucid dream, im able to try one :)

Hi, I've heard a good gurgling sound from PSE. I've got my 992 some days ago, but I've heard that the car I more soundproof and the PSE is very subtle in gurgling sound in comparison with my 991.2. Do you put in SPORT mode for gurgling sound? Am I wrong in some passage?
Nicola Migliari Hi Nicola, yes it only gurgles in Sport mode but very subtle, not as heavily as in the 991.2 (thanks to the new particulate filter). I placed the stereo mic just in between the two exhaust pipes and was happy to hear that it still gurgles but unfortunately, not as loud anymore.

Nice color, unfortunately it doesn’t have the same aspect of previous aventurine green, this seems more grayish.
Thiago SB I agree, it’s more a grey green than the blue-green like in the 993. However, this is the closest to oak green metallic without going for PTS

I like the option on the front, but not on the back. I love the big smooth back and the option breaks that up if you include on the back.

this is an amazingly unattractive color under cloudy or artificial light...you need to see it in person.
Not green enough for my liking, most people will just mistake it for grey.
It would be better if it had a little more green.
I agree - Oak Green Metallic would've been my favorite color but 12000 dollars for PTS plus 3 months extra. Therefore, I sticked to the standard color scheme.

Saw one at the local Coffee and Cars awhile back. What a depressing/uninteresting/bland color on an overcast day. Completely blends in with an overcast/dreary day so if you like the idea of a 911 to match your depression on those days, this is your color! Sounds lovely when going through the configurator, but not so much in real life. No decent interior matches either: The dark brown club leather is too dark and if you go with the chalk stitching it looks even worse, although again, on the configurator it sounds pretty sweet. I would go all balls out and get the lighter green interior. And the big wing on the back....Maybe a racing stripe and a set of the killer-looking gold rims...Maybe that could save this color..
You’re right. It’s an understatement color and that’s why I love it. It’s not grey as so many other cars out there. So in the end it all comes down to personal preference.
@@Porschession You are absolutely correct. Too many grey cars out there and yours is so not like others. The Aventurine Green metallic was my choice as well. Carrera 4 GTS in 4 weeks should look very similar except I went with the black brake calibers to match the black interior. Great video.

@@Porschession yes they took that turn with the 991. For me the last 911 is the 997. After they're too big too much luxury electronics and so on. Not a drivers car anymore.

mac daddy I think Nick should start looking for a new dealership because clearly the one he went to repair his two 911s made the car only worse. His 991.2 got “fixed” so many times that the parts didn’t work well together anymore. Too many different parts, versions etc.
