Stupidly cheap. Ive just gone Stratified after being with APR for years and its the best choice I ever made. Word of advice however, dont go straight pipe! Do a bit of reaearch on exhaust back pressure and how important it is to power gains!

In terms of exhaust note, it also has a catless 3" downpipe, and the Golf R K04 turbo. There are a ton of other engine mods, but those are the only other ones that affect exhaust note. Also, yes the tails are the european style. These are the depo replica tails
Pops make it sooo much better! I have a magnaflow catback stock dp with the crackles tune and its fun. Do you think a dp with a small cat on it will have better crackles? Im second guessing going catless because of the smell it creates ive heard.
It would but you will barely hear it. Theres really no point of getting the extra tune if you are stock imo. I have the magnaflow catback and its really quiet. You will hear it from the inside of the car with your music down and from the outside you wont hear it if you are in traffic or windows down.
a downpipe adds a TON of depth and volume to the exhaust. Still very dailyable, but really adds good tone. I got a system that has a vbanded mid section, so I can swap in a catted pipe and a test pipe. Ive been running the test pipe for 2 years and like it.
Prish Singh nope, I believe the pops are just a result of unspent fuel burning on the way out. Ford explains it when they talk a about how they added this on the focus RS from factory.
Hi what makes those loud crakkles that sound like gun shots? I have a e92 330 with a muffler delete but would like those loud crackles how do I get them?
get a tune that slams the timing back to -20 deg when u let off the gas like the rest of these asses and youll be all set lmfao for ur engine life tho! goodluck.

Nick Bruno you can request how aggressive it is from the tuner. I have multiple maps of different aggressiveness

It has a loud cold start, but has no drone when at cruising rpm

No. Cobb does not support this platform, although I have seen some APR tunes recently that have snapples like this.
