This episode is the best example of the difference between Lynch and Col. Decker. Lynch ignored the criminal behavior right in front of him, not caring at all about what the fake "A Team" was doing. Decker would have put a stop to it. He'd still have tried to catch the A Team, but he wouldn't have given a pass to Mason and his goons either.
