Girls, this look is made for hooded eyes! You need to make a fake crease, make the crease higher than your own, where the top of your lid droops down, make the fake crease there.
It will give the illusion of bigger eyes. It may be tricky at first, but try it! :-)
The problem comes with the eyeliner in very hooded eyes !
Have a thin line, eyeliner can make hooded eyes nicer :)
You made it look so easy and it is but I hv trouble with cut ceases. I just can't make them correct, but then ur younger than me .. absolutely the BEST tutorial ever! you should do the full step in every part of applying makeup.(in separate videos of course. ) you just do it perfectly and know what you're doing. a lot of people would benefit from it.
