SimCity4 Series 2x40 Porto Genova and Nuova Genova Turn On

Apologies for the delay, summer has come and I haven't played. This one is hot off the computer though. There'll be nothing more until September though unless I unexpectedly get a bit more time.
I was hoping that the turn on of the first four tiles of the region would be one video, but I did only get two hours tonight.
PG and NG are turned on and our first sims have moved in, I have a challenge with a tree controller and some industrial plops, but otherwise everything else is looking dandy!
There'll doubtless be some tweaking required, that and decoration should be doable in the autumn.

@@persel_hd 21 years and counting. On a rare evening alone I’ve also been playing Star Trek armada too, I think that was 1998.

Wonder about, exciting there´s so much happening ! Most common error I make not raise health and education budgjet. So much detail I always take care that´s checked out before I run for real. Except civics there are sport, parks and furthure educational institurions to conscider. What tip is turn off the advisor because they 90 prc say crap wich you already know. At university level there are several alernatives like London School of Economics or the Old University wich are way smller, except the smallest the Unicersity of Catania ? Little details like smaller parks and more valuable flowergardens boost growth more than nothing !Some zoning like residentials near ariports will be less succesful. So there´s much potential but it comes down to some very fine details !

I usually finish the decoration once the city is established, otherwise I'll end up doing it over and over!

@@madgeburg999 Experience, growsble area's ofren need some basical parks or plaza's to attract habitation. Beyond, the value of a certain area to be seen. It's s gradual proce, any repetitive isn't there as everything evolves. CAM got five stages so isn't start once it's definitive.For a let's play i understand not to make it too complicated but little more effort on the basical deco would boost development !

@@maedero05 I’m using grass tiles that have a park effect, I then decorate using the god menu.
