Amazing Arif! I always wondered how it was done and I wasn’t wrong, it is a lot of work, imagine if all that has to be done for a 5 seconds transition of the clip, how much will take for all the effects on the video? It's one of the greatest transitions I've ever seen. Maybe I explained 70% here. After Effects is the best software for making this kind of amazing transitions. This tutorial is just a simple explanation.

A keyframe is a point in time where you manually set a parameter value, allowing for smooth transitions or animations between keyframes. And the freeze frame is like a picture. Thanks
