if you want to get technical then they speak LEBEANESE in lebanon. the way you hear a lebanese newsreporter talk is proper arabic. if you know anything about the arabic language you will know each country in that region speaks differently but when they read and write it is uniform. formal speech is arabic, informal and street talk is lebanese. now you know
