Honestly you can't get the version in SG cause all the beef fried rice in SG uses the same technique they fry a Yang Zhou version. So it won't have the beef fat infused with all the goodness and all.

Rice not so filling. It's the egg that sits heavy in the stomach. Drinking so much water at the end makes fullness worse imo. I can go on eating for a long time if i don't drink. But once i take a sip the fullness comes -big eater myself.
