You do a very good job explaining the stories in the Bible. I have never heard that the woman at the well was being respected and Jesus literally agreeing her husbands were not true husbands to her at all. He always stood up for women in the Bible as they were treated as less than men in very sad ways. I have been listening to a lot of your messages and am impressed. I think you are Orthodox? I didn't know about this faith until recently. I have always and am still Protestant but looked up this faith and am quite impressed. I'm suprised I didn't know about it before. I did read that most Christians today are not aware of Orthodox and what they are about. I think the rest of us think Orthodox is an old, probably Catholic-like faith. Anyway, great messages and thank you for your clear explanations of Biblical scriptures. God bless!

To me this refers to those of us working now in this last hour compared to those who struggled and were heavily persecuted getting Christianity started. We all get the same salvation, the same new body, the same eternal life, but we will be rewarded individually above that we are a told at our judgement. That the only judgement we face.

We as a believer In Christ are just sojourner in this physical world... we try so hard to have a comfortable life physically and don't do much work in spiritual life being in christ started by his word and his spirit being born again.
