Making banana pudding form scratch.

What you will need for banana pudding,
3 egg yoke,
1 and 1/2 cups sugar.
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups milk
a dash of salt
4 bananas
Mix all ingredients together and put on medium heat stirring constantly until thick add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla mix well
make ready a bowl and line the bottom with vanilla wafers and bananas pour pudding mix over bananas and wafers then add more wafers and the rest of the bananas. If you like meringue take eggs whites and beat until stiff add to top of banana pudding place in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown,
let stand to cool on countertop or fridge just don't cover until cool to prevent sweeting, then enjoy.
