I actually do like the look of the Apple Watch ultra and truthfully, I don’t care if it looks ugly because the functionality supersedes any superficial issues. I am an avid scuba diver, and it will be really nice to not have to buy a new dive computer. I already pre-ordered mine with the ocean white band.

Why would wear this iWatch that will make you look like a brokie?
Get a real watch! I wear Omega ,IWC and jaeger
The Apple Watch design is getting tired or it’s tired already…and battery life ain’t improving - many will buy the ultra just for the refreshed look and better battery - That said - Apple Watch series 9 needs to be a redesign and have a better battery (even without low power mode)
@@noah-j00 oops looks like someone is watching the wrong channel 🤷🏻♂️
I still love my Apple Watch Series 7. Definitely no plans to upgrade this year
The ultra screen is only 21 square millimetres bigger than series 7/8. Just to keep in mind as people keep saying 49 mm vs 45 mm, that’s the case size not the screen size.
I love the look of the Ultra, but I went for the 8 due to the overall size. It just seems too big for me. I wish they had done 2 sizes.
I noticed that and that was one of the big reasons I went back to looking at the normal 8
It’s also 4mm thicker
ehh it looks pretty bigger than the 8. did you just regurgitated what you saw on reddit? clearly look at the videos of your favotite youtuber who went to the event and its pretty obvious the usuable screen is much bigger. (anyone can look this up and see for themselves, kinda shocked op does not possess the logical skills to do so instead of taking what he reads on the internet at face value)
@@DanRustle how many square millimetres is in “pretty” bigger?
Since you “looked” and all.
I ordered the Ultra white band. I have been looking for a rugged digital watch forever! The Suunto and Garmins are okay but this Apple Ultra has it all! The battery life is decent for all the things it does...you can always carry a power bank on those long camping treks, and it will charge it in minutes. Excellent review by the way!
I am going from a series 3 to an ultra. That orange color is awesome.
I like the crash detection idea, but it’s not worth an upgrade from me this year. I was a new Apple Watch owner last year, and got the series 7 with cellular. I think I’ll wait till next year to at least ponder upgrading. In all the stuff I own from Apple, the watch is not one of my top things to “watch” for an upgrade. Who knows, I might upgrade with the series 10 or something 😂
Pun intended? Haha jk, but i totally agree id wait if i were u
I upgrade anyway to retain the value of my watch. Getting trade in value + not having to worry about damage and battery life shortening is a plus side for me.
I got a series 4 that’s beat up as heck. And even I’m unsure if I want an upgrade. I have aluminium but really want a stainless case too 😂 guess I’m just money tight
I was really excited about the series 8 but unknowingly the product that I had seen was the Ultra. I have been getting by with a very basic series 1 and it does what I need mostly. It is getting to the point where I need to charge it at some point during the day; but we've been through a lot. I've given various Apple Watch series as gifts to family members and have found that they get people moving and motivated about fitness. My pop just did a half marathon at 71 and we got him the watch this past father's day. Great review, I think if people give them a chance they will be surprised where their path might lead.
I have a series 4 so i think it would be a nice upgrade to series 8 🙂. I like the Ultra too but i dont think i have any real life use for it.
Hi, great video, thanks! I paid $800 for my original apple watch. And I'm amazed to say that it still has no scratches on it... looks new... but it is slow as hell. Using the apps are a complete waste of time. Has this been improved with the new watches? I sure like the look of that Ultra... I would get it for the size, battery, better speaker definitely, and I would use that custom button also!
I have just ordered the Apple Watch ultra. Living in Denmark it is a little bit of A downer because we have to pay around $200 more for the exact same watch.
But nevertheless I’ve just ordered it and I look forward to having it, because I like the bigger rugged industrial design And of course more battery.
Finally they made a watch that doesn’t look feminine….
Best looking Apple watch yet, the Ultra. Whoever says it’s ugly needs their eyes tested. It’s a work of art and now incorporates a dive computer. Garmin dive watch in titanium is $1300 and does not do half the things an Apple Watch does. Or incorporate the apple eco system. Adding waypoints as well and back tracking. What’s not to like?I ordered one.
I’ll get the SE. I had the model 3 and it was of ok for the use I had (sport, sleep). With the extra money will get the air pod pro 2 🙃
After looking at the three new watches, I decided the best model for me was the Apple Watch Series 7! There are some great discounts now and I picked up a brand new 41mm GPS+Cellular version for only $399 ($100 less than normal). I was close to choosing the SE, but I think I'll appreciate the additional screen size in a watch that doesn't look ridiculous on my 165mm wrist.
Did the same!
My only concern is the lack of better sleep tracking in the future through the new sensors
Hmm wasn’t the 45mm just a little more
@@camronbevloggin1835 Yep, it was only another $30 or so. But at the 45mm size, my wrist starts giving off a "little kid wearing dad's shoes" kind of vibe.
@@rds1978 same🤣 got the 7 41mm best choice.
Ordered the Apple Watch Ultra with Ocean Band!!!
We bought two Ultras this years and both my wife and I are upgrading from the AW4. We are very active and abuse our watches and NEEDED the extra battery life. I could use up by AW4 battery with a two hour run, with phone calls and music without my iPhone. It’s going to be sooo nice to push this thing and still have battery.
I would love to upgrade to an Iwatch series 8. Is it worth it to upgrade from my old series 4?
Could you make a video on demonstrating the siren?
Honestly, have been rocking the gen 3 for several years now. The ultra’s redesign, more durable build and large screen is going to be for me. While it’s at a large price tag I’m willing to pay for it after saving up for it.
Why would wear this iWatch that will make you look like a brokie?
Get a real watch! I wear Omega ,IWC and jaeger
@@noah-j00 and blow all your money on a watch that only tells the time. I’d rather be broke than be considered a fool.
I support you - live a little - have fun! For me that's what Apple's always been about - I've been an Apple buyin' fool since 2001, and NEVER looked back. LOL.
“I’m gonna need a bigger wrist” 😂😂😂
Price is a surprise. I think I will give it a go. Rocking AW 4 cellular. I’m looking forward to battery life and better speakers , microphone
I Am a dive master and the diving mode is amazing, I am not ditching my Shearwater dive computer but as a back up dive computer makes your dives safer and more accurate as both computers should have matching data. The 49mm side is great no more flimsy Apple Watch 45mm. I ordered one I can’t wait.
I really like everything about the ultra except for the size. I ordered one but might end up returning it if it’s comically big on my average size wrist.
I’m not a fan of the screen behind curved glass on the 8 and previous few models. I find it harder to see the screen with the edge glare under bright lights. I have held off buying a new watch for the past few generations because of this.
The flat glass screen on the Ultra is the biggest selling point for me.
This is big and large watch lol, it would be so weird for any size of wrist under 17 lol
I like the features too but I have a small wrist so if it’s too big I might return it and get the 8
i want the apple watch ultra purely for the look so nice.
Got to go ultra!! A must have!!
Pre-Ordered the Ultra, upgrading from a Apple Watch 4
I am still using an Apple Watch 4. I always go stainless for the more durable material in the body and the crystal. Feels like a no brained to spend $50 more for the Ultra. Already ordered mine.
I fell in love with the look of the ultra when I seen it, and I ordered it!
I genuinely thought the SE was gonna get an Always On display this year, and I'm extremely disappointed it didn't.
*What is the point of a watch if it doesn't tell you the time unless you do some stupid gesture with your wrist.*
They couldn’t do it cause then it would pretty much be the same as the 8 which they literally barley upgraded it makes me sad cause I really wanted to like it and upgrade from my 5 but I guess I’ll wait another year to see what they do next year
Funny, I've just ordered the Series 7, and I'm anticipating I might actually turn the always on display off if it nets me useful battery life. I had a Galaxy Watch previously, and I never had a problem with raising my wrist to look at the time. For those who have had the always on display, did you find it to be an important feature...and why if so? Like I can understand if you're a "statue" street performer who has to sit still for long periods of time, moving only your eyeballs.
The Ultra looks nice and the crash sensor is great. But too bad the temperature sensor isn’t good for instant temp reading and sure wish it had the glucose monitor sensor
I ordered the Ultra as soon as the event ended. For me, I think it looks great! I’m replacing a 2 year old Series 6.
Same here
Me too!
I was thinking of upgrading my Series 5 this year, but now I am going to hold off. My Series 5 is still working well and was hoping for better health related upgrades. I’ll wait and see what happens next year unless my watch starts giving me trouble.
I’m on the Nike series 4. Would you recommend upgrading to the series 8?
I’m not an athlete. But I ordered ordered the Ultra. It’s too awesome. I’ll be selling my titanium series 7. Also getting that badass deep purple pro max
I am gonna skip this year. Don't like the look that much but the features and battery life are amazing.
With my current series 6 I can last up to 2 days and have around 14% left.
I wonder how long with the low power mode, and the Apple Watch ultra without and with low power mode as well.
I ordered the ultra and I’m pumped. I just wish it came in black. Also the ultra would be great for outdoor workers
So true
that's why I'm sticking with my stainless steel LTE Apple Watch 4. I just don't like the color of the ultra. And Apple will only give me $55 if I trade it in! Since its battery life is still pretty good, and it's still really useful, I can't see the logic for upgrading! If something better comes out next year, weeeee.... I'm in.
Considering it as well. Still using my old series 4 and been thinking about upgrading. As I’m quite tall, don’t think there will be any issues with the larger display. Good luck on your purchase!
I‘m considering it as well. But whoa. 999 euros here in Germany 🤮
Yeah, haven’t ordered it yet. I do like the bigger screen and increased durability but not sure if the increase in price is worth it. And when I’m out, almost always have my iPhone with me so the built-in cellular on the watch is not something I want or would use. Good chance I’ll buy the cheaper series-8. Not the SE model, I’m not going to downgrade it that much. Lol
i am almost certain third party apps would give accurate body temperature readings.
If the name is “ Ultra “ for extreme sports and ETC.. it would of been a nice touch for a solar option. that is a ultimate sports watch.
If I understand you correctly you mean a solar panel for charging? Yea it would just be too hard to fit it on a watch without making it heavier/bigger + how effective would it really be, it wouldnt be that big
@@chatwatcher4279 Casio has been making solar battery watches for over a decade.
I upgrade iPhone and Apple Watch every year currently have the series 7 and 13 pro max. I am however a little more excited for the Apple Watch ultra a little more!
This year the ultra is worth it. Titanium with cellular feature, more battery life, brighter display etc. upgrading from a 6 series
Currently I am using Watch 5 Aluminum. I wanted to upgrade to Stainless Steel this year for its premium look. But now Ultra is looking so appealing. Bigger battery, larger display. So confused.
Seems you’re fairly decided - as you say, bigger batter and better display (definitely brighter even if not all that much bigger) :)
I own a series 6, not upgrading. Fingers crossed that apple in time can tweak the temperature sensor to measure fevers via software updates otherwise I’ll just wait for the series 9

I Absolutely love the look of the Ultra. I ordered one with the orange band. Really looking forward to it 😊
Are you an athlete or someone who lives/works/vacations in extreme conditions?
@@mangolassi22 No, just love the look and battery life. After getting a new Apple Watch every year I wasn’t excited anymore, But this new look alone peaked my interest. This is the 1st time in years I’m actually looking forward to the new Watch.
You don’t need to utilise a products every function to want one. I get the Pro Max every year but don’t use all the camera functions either, but it’s a great phone. 🙂
@@mangolassi22 ??? Ultra is great if you scuba dive, hiking etc etc
I think it looks great but I don’t think any athlete or outdoors person is going to trade their garmin or suunto for this. It is clearly a lifestyle piece for people who like the adventure vibe (like Greg lol). Nothing wrong with that.
I am getting the green alpine band. I like it because of battery life, and that the design is something new. Pobably overkill, but thats cool.
Was really concerned the Series 8 was going to be a disappointment and at a grand, the Pro would be just too much cash. Wasn’t wrong about the former but very happy about the Ultra, even though it’s £849 here in the UK.. ordered it as soon as the keynote was over. Chose the Alpine version.
Hi, I'll be getting the Apple Watch Ultra around Christmas. I really like the way it looks, I'm not like all these people that think it is Ugly. I think it looks great and I like the orange band that comes with it. I also like the new orange button on the left side of the watch. Right now I have an Apple Watch Series 7.
I’m just wondering if the ultra will actually have watch faces that will fill the the whole screen and with lots of complications? 🤷🏻♂️
I bought an Apple Watch first generation in stainless. Although I liked it very much, I haven't used it in over a year, instead I went back to an premium automatic watch. This year, I am going to buy a series 8. I'll be trading in my iPhone X for a Pro 14 for sure.
Glad i didn't wait for the 8 and bought the 7 at target for 329 bucks
Does it worth? I did the same couple of days back, but in a dilemma to return it

Getting the ultra to replace my series 4 stainless steel it’s long due. I was sold on battery life when choosing between the 8 stainless steel which only a bit more for the ultra
The Ultra is excellent looking. I love big watch faces. Apple has finally catered to that look. Beautiful watch!!
Ordered the Ultra, upgrading from the 6. Reason being battery life for those long Mt Bike rides, better gps. It will be interesting what third party devs do with the action button.
What you need to know is that you should just get the discounted series 7 in amazon ASAP
You nailed it! I think the Ultra looks great. I don’t need it though. I have an SE and won’t be upgrading. At times I lust for the Series 7/8. But, would I use the extra features? Very very infrequently. Except for always on display, but not really a big deal.
my thoughts exactly, dont need the 3 extra features in 7/8 that amounts to extra 150$.
I have the Apple Watch Series 5 in titanium and it’s been great! Oddly enough I paid the same price for my cellular version as the new Ultra. The Ultra is tempting, but I’m just not sold since my Series 5 is still running strong
I’m old and clumsy and not an athlete. I ordered the Ultra as an upgrade from the 6. Because I will never train again like I did when I was in my 20s, I also downloaded an app that is attentive to my new needs. Love the new features on the apple watches-fall detection, crash detection, longer battery life, larger displays/cases, etc.
Why would you buy the Ultra if you’re not an athlete?
@@supercat2087 larger screen. less vulnerable to impact/clumsiness. I love tech. I can afford it
The Ultra is the Apple Watch I've been waiting for for years! It's about time !
I think Apple Watch Ultra is great... but it is for people that do diving and another extreme activities. Me, the normal runner/walker and person just doing regular exercise just to keep my health, the Apple Watch 8 is good enough
Apple Watch ULTRA is amazing! I need one!
I think the Ultra is awesome! It will take on Garmin with no problem and has the durability I’ve been wanting. Just need to save a little dough.
Great video Greg- Upgrading form AW Series 5....Ultra is a beautiful piece of industrial design. Ordered mine with a blue and silver band- looking forward to getting it in 6-7 weeks. Bigger face, battery and durability sold me on the new watch as previous updates were too incremental for me to justify purchasing as you mention in the video.
Yes if you consider the stainless steel model then the Ultra is a pretty good price. I have a Series 6 and will probably get an Ultra.
I don’t trust the fall detection at all. Makes me doubt crash detection. I fell off a trailer on a concrete shop floor from about four feet. It hit the ground really hard. Fall detection didn’t work.
I bought the ultra watch also and because the screen is it brighter and better and the battery last longer
Getting the ultra. Love the rugged look and size of battery.
Have Series 4 now. Maybe trade up to series 7 now or the new SE 2? But do I really gain anything ? Is battery life better? Not interested in Ultra
With the series 7 yeah. Smaller bezels, LTPO always on display, a few OS features like the keyboard for texting and such. The SE 2 is only an upgrade in terms of chip and that’s it. If you can, get the Apple Card and you can finance your watch 24 months 0% apr and you can pay it off early as you please. Imo it’s only a 130 dollar difference so I would go series 7/8 if you can het series 7 on sale then that’s your answer
I ordered the Ultra Model because it has a ton of updates and new looks it may ugly to others but it reflects to its usage and purpose.
There will be awesome Cases by third party companies for the iWatch 8 Ultra and it will look great.
I think the features in the ultra is nice, but I am not a fan of the size of it - I’m quite petite, so I’m going to go with the 8 which is an upgrade from my 6
What happened to the rumored blood sugar sensor? That was the feature that would have convinced me to buy. The temperature feature sounds likely a near total waste for most people. The failure to upgrade the processor in a meaningful way means this new lineup is barely cosmetically and superficially different to earlier lineups. Longer batter life is a plus. The ultra seems to add durability, which is positive. My model four does all the things I really need. I will hold out for a lineup that delivers on processor speed and meaningful health features such as the blood sugar detector and a useful temperature sensor. Disappointed describes my reaction best!
For male people, the temperature tracking is useful as well even if they don‘t get the notifications about recent ovulations.
thats just it. it was a RUMOR! we are on apples timeline, not the "leakers"
Just purchased the ULTRA. I have an Apple Watch 6 and have a Garmin Fenix 3HR for the things I like to do outdoors. The Ultra allows me to go to just one watch for all things.
Definitely skipping, no upgrade needed, as it isn’t much of an upgrade imo, I am still in love with my series 7
I was so excited about the Ultra when it was released and I ordered one straight away. Now that I have had a few days to think about it, I'm kinda second guessing myself and wondering if I should cancel the order (mines still 6 weeks away). I have a series 7 which still works great and has the new compass and low power mode so I dont see much of a reason to get the Ultra. I mean, I still want one but why? The new design is nice, Titanium and Sapphire so it should be durable and the longer battery life is nice but it's still a but underwhelming, like I was hoping for 5 day or a week but 1.5 days or 2.5 days in low power mode is quite frankly crap. We all know it's going to be longer in real life since apple is pretty honerous with their battery life testing but still, it should be a week. And what else do I get for my money? A depth sensor? I dont dive and even if I go once just for fun, it's not worth the money. The added GPS accuracy? It's nice but the Series 7 is already great so not really a must have feature. The extra button? It's handy for sure but is it worth the upgrade cost? The speaker and microphone upgrade? I cant even remember the last time I made a call on my watch and Siri hears me just fine so not a must have feature. My point is, although there are lots of nice little perks, there's nothing that's drastically better enough to warrant the upgrade. I still have my pre-order so I have time to decide but right now I think I should just wait for the Ultra 2.
A side note: I tested the low power mode on my Series 7 and used about 35% for 24 hours of use so it could just about go 3 days on a charge with my usage. It still does sleep tracking but complately disables heart rate and blood oxygen.
Another side note: I tested the new compass yesterday when I went for a short hike into a local forest. I'ts kinda dissapointing. You would think that it would be incorporated into the workouts app so if you start a "Hike" activity, it has the compass as one of the screens but it doesnt. It doesnt even automatically start tracking for you in the compass app when you start a hike so you have to start the hike AND start the tracking in the compass so that you can use the "backtrack" feature if you get lost. Also the track that you get on the watch is very choppy and all over the place, nothing like the pretty curvey lines that they show in their promo footage. Also no Topo maps? If I'm hiking, I would like to have Topo maps so I can see where I am. Also you still cant load GPX data onto the watch e.g. if you are going for a long hike to a hutt in the wilderness, you can download the GPS information from various websites and load it into your watch so that you can follow the path i.e. navigate to the hutt or location. This is easy to do on Garmin devices but apple still cant do it. I have looked at 3rd party apps but they all look pretty crap and cost money. Apple could easily implement this fuctionality into their watch if they wanted to actually make it useful for missions into the wilderness. Currently its just a basic tracker with backtrack mode, nothing more.
The new ultra watch is an investment. You get more value for your money. Bigger display, brighter display, titanium, optional cellular, and more battery life. That’s all i can recall off the top of my head without being an athlete and wanting those features. I just ordered mine i feel good about it. I probably won’t upgrade for another 3 yrs
@@ericac2420 I hear the processor is still the same as previous ones. What do you think about this?
@@asanta2023 similar to the previous one for sure. The series 5-8 are all the same in my opinion. The small updates is not major. The ultra is better quality materials with a big screen. I knocked my ultra watch around and it never gets scratched.
Apple Watch 8 should be fine . Ultra is too big (show off ) not suitable for day to day office use .
Ultra is for me. I pour concrete, I'll put it to the test.
Guess I’ll wait for the series 9 and hope for the best.
Looking forward to getting my Watch Ultra! I think that I will keep my Series 7 though as well and use it more as an everyday watch. Hope my data integrates well together if I do that. I’m an Open Water Swimming and my biggest complaints about the Apple Watch is that the screen is not bright enough for my aging eyes to see the Workout display when I am in the middle of a workout (even though I do have the multifocal contact lenses). Also, the GPS in the regular Watch is not very reliable - it’s spot on with tracking accurate distances when I swim “out” but when I turn around come back, it can’t handle it - a mile out is never a mile back and that drives me insane!
I love the Apple Watch Ultra
I think Apple Watch ULTRA looks really nice 😊 I can’t wait to get one ⌚️
I got series 7 45mm and like it . I was hoping the series 8 would have some great features to say wow.
What’s point in the low power mode when some of the things gets disabled ? Can’t Apple make a product which has a long battery life without having many things turned off
I miss the “Space Grey” color from series 6. I you want a dark grey color aluminium version, you can only get “Midnight Blue” on series 7 and 8, which is similar to “Space Grey” but has a slight blue tint. Hope they bring back “Space Grey” next year…
Indulging and will sell my AW7 in steel to get that beautiful Ultra! To me, it bridges the AW to a regular high-end watch (I’m a watch collector and I love the look and feel of quality timepieces). The Ultra has that solid look that my Seven doesn’t have. AWs have always been an ugly screen on my wrist that I tolerated periodically for the data and connectivity. Bring on the Ultra!
You’ve lost me. Please explain your response. Sarcasm?
Love the ultra. Ordered it immediately.
Love the Ultra and already ordered one.
Upgrading from the Series 5, should be a good upgrade and it's practically free with the UHC FIT program
Watching this while wearing my series 5, and I genuinely can’t justify upgrading, not 1 reason. I don’t if it’s an indictment on apple or myself, in any event I’ll be sticking with my 5.
I’m sticking with my series 6 Nike edition. My brother has the Series 5, both are 44mm and still outstanding.
Currently I own the Series 7 (45mm). I'm excited about the Apple Watch Ultra. I love the design. The only thing is it might be too big for me. Does anyone know if you can use a personalized watch face?
Yep, same watch app runs on iphone so personalized faces are still available.

i’ve never had an apple watch and i was waiting to get the series 8, but looking at the upgrades i don’t know if i should get the series 7 or the new se. any recommendations? budget is not a problem but obviously saving money would be great
Do yourself a favor and pick up the series 7. It really makes the most sense for anyone looking at the 8 IMO.
Up
If you going to use low power mode go for the SE
if you want to save moeney, Amazon has $100 off the s7. (search for the apple listing that DOES NOT say "renewed"
IMO unless you getting the ultra there’s no reason to upgrade from a 7 now if you have an older model definitely upgrade to the 8. I myself have a 7 and I bought the ultra
Honestly I have the 5 and I still don’t see a reason to upgrade there’s not so many features that it makes me want to go yes I need that I’m honestly kinda disappointed the ultra is great but I know for me those features wouldn’t be super useful and it’s bit to big for my wrist but I agree it’s the only one worth an upgrade if you’ll use the features
and btw the sleep tracking in apple watches is top tier, check quantified scientist review :)
I placed my order for the new Apple Watch Ultra with Green Alpine Loop mere minutes ago. I am stoked!!!
I have not purchased an Apple Watch but am debating between an Apple Watch or a Fitbit. Thank you for your comments if I do go with the Apple Watch i would go for the SE because of the cost.
The biggest dissapointment for me is the fact that the series 8 got pretty much no updates, and the sizes. 41 and 45 are terrible sizes in my opinion. There should be a 42 or 43 option.
No it should have 38 too I have a tiny wrist and a lot of ppl do too
🤮🤣 42,43
I think they should have a small, medium, and large. Maybe like a 38mm, 42mm, and 46mm
@@WillM. 41, 46, 51 🤌🏼
If 1 mm bothers you, you need to see a psychiatrist.
I’m planning upgrading from a series 6 to an 8. Do you think its worth it? Thanks!
Greg, can you please use time stamps in your videos? For some i doubt every info is required - like me - so it would be easier to jump to the part we are interested in. Thanks
Got a series 4, pre-ordered my Ultra today. Can’t wait to get it! Good vid!!
I LOVEEEEEE the look of the ultra. Its manly and love the feeling of big watches even if I'm petite
I will be getting the Ultra. I was going to get the Graphite Series 8 (upgrade from my series 4) but then, like you said in your video, for $50 more, I have the bigger battery and other features. I'm still finding it hard to believe that it's only $50 more and I'm expecting to find out that the Ultra doesn't have something the Series 8 has. Could just be my pessimism.
Ultra Is Ordered Thanks for all the Information
Series 3 to 8 is a great upgrade
The Ultra is amazing.
Best Apple Watch ultra To date
I got the beautiful blue Series 7 45 mm last year, and I did a really cool Captain America themed “old style” leather band with it. I wear it everyday, and it’s really an amazing device. I knew that this year, the Series 8 really wouldn’t be that big of an improvement. I got the 7, knowing it was probably the biggest improvement to the Watch since the jump from Series 3 to Series 4. Having said all that, the Ultra has my attention like no other. I agree with you wholeheartedly, the Ultra is the star of the entire presentation that Apple had, AirPods and iPhones included. I love the rugged look, the case design, and that orange band just looks amazing. Lucky for me, my wrists are bigger/wider, so I could certainly sport the thing. The only trouble I’m having is parting ways with this beautiful blue Series 7 that I own currently. It’s only been about a year, and I really can’t complain about it, other than knowing the Ultra would mean a lot less charging. Even then, it’s not like it takes long to charge the Watch. If I end up buying the Ultra, it will totally and absolutely be an impulse LOL
i did buy this lol
