The church isn't considered a business though, a building doesn't have to be used for commerce to be "commercial" in nature, backwards as that might seem. Instead, churches and other religious buildings are commercial due to their public use and accordingly higher risk that necessitate greater regulations. Instead of the landlords doing what they should do done, they refused to take my rent and, but turned around and filed for an eviction, I wasn't able to afford an attorney, nor did I have any help from anyone else in the city that city. I also lived in a alley across from a house on (2016) that house became a drug house in (2017) There was always trafficking going and coming from that house. Police was called to that house (74) times. In (2019)) city finally closed the house up, but in (2020) the house was reopened and to the same people, but I was thrown out from the house across the alley from that house because landlord I had was friends to them people, and non of them people wanted me in that neighborhood. So, again the landlord refused to take my rent payment, but had me evicted for non payment of rent. So, it's like the rich is getting richer, and the poor is getting poorer.
Zoning laws my FOOT. Case dismissed because of lack of jurisdiction. Save tax $$. The Church is separate "jurisdiction" and this case stops religion functions in its tracks.
