I used to go into the record shops in the 70's and they had massive speakers in there playing amazing reggae music. You had to fight your way into the shop to get past the bass shock waves coming out of the speakers😂

I know hat you mean.. One day I'll put the whole gig up... The walkman doesn't do it justice... I assure you when the bass comes it nearly knocked you over... ruclips.net/video/9m7HtVFA3y0/видео.htmlsi=hJl4YM7O82PLw3WM

Leur style tient presque du blues (très réussi).
La scène reggae anglaise de cette période était formidable (CULTURE, ASWAD, Steel pulse? UB40...) et très riche.
Lequel des membres jouait dans "l'autobus à impériale" ?

Aswad is the British band that captured the authentic Jamaican roots reggae sound.
Steel Pulse is fantastic, but they innovated very far into rock and various fusions and lost the simplicity of roots, at times.

      True. Sad but true.
Even Steel Pulse returned to roots more than Aswad, once they went pop.
