I used to go into the record shops in the 70's and they had massive speakers in there playing amazing reggae music. You had to fight your way into the shop to get past the bass shock waves coming out of the speakers😂

Aswad is the British band that captured the authentic Jamaican roots reggae sound. Steel Pulse is fantastic, but they innovated very far into rock and various fusions and lost the simplicity of roots, at times.
