And he will get it. I've been waiting for this since I was 13 years old, and it finally happened. Daniel if you see this, please check your whatsapp because I'm trying to get in touch with you.
Ya. Really true. His other tutorials also helped me a lot. I was very surprised when I found out that his tutorial on "flight of the bumblebee" song got very less likes.
La campanella is considered one of the most difficult pieces for the piano and when I saw someone playing it I thought I could never play it but with this tutorial with just 3 months of practice I can play it really well . Thanks for the tutorial
@@richardwastaken i know if you read my comment properly you would know that i said it isnt the hardest piece but it is considered the hardest piece ever composed
The elegance and simplicity that you have displayed while deciphering this piece, it cannot be described in words. I don't think there is any tutorial of la campanella on youtube that explains it like this, right from the basics. I wish more people discover this channel. A couple more suggestions for future 😃 :- - Etude Op. 25, No. 5 (Wrong Note) - Arabesque no 1
You’re awesome! Because of this video I was able to tackle this part within 4 hours and at least be able to at least play out the melody (at a slower pace) without injury!! Thanks!!! Please make more for the rest of the piece!
Avdyl Krasniqi That is definitely a disadvantage but it is mainly skill. He is still jumping from note to note in the right hand, and the skill it takes to hit every one if them at that speed is unreal. This combined with the general difficulty of the piece makes this piece insanely hard to play for anyone.
You do an amazing job of breaking down the mechanics. Your explanation at around the 5 minute mark in particular about the energy needed to move back across from a note just gave me an "Ah-ha!" moment regarding some other pieces I'm working on. Thank you very much -- I appreciate the insight :)
I cannot thank you enough for the manner in which you present these explanations. You are clear and concise and get right to the point with your hand positions and movements. Best I have ever seen.
Hey! I just want to say thank you!! I’ve been only playing piano for 6 months but with your video I was able to learn all of this part and second part as well but I can only play first part at normal speed yet and second at half speed. But Big Thanks to you
Also I hope that you upload full version of this piece. I went to your website to pay to get full version but you don’t have it yet. So I am waiting on that and thanks again!
OMG LOVE YOU !! I've struggled with this piece forever..The explanation for the mechanics is awesome!! It now feels good to play that opening..Love that driving rhythm..Cant wait for more!!
Awesome tutorial, I particularly the techniques you said to use such as in relaxing the thumb / fingers to cover a lot of the keyboard quickly. Very useful!
To emphasize the melody is a great suggestion. I've heard so many interpretations emphasizing that repetitive d# and it sounds so much better this way by emphasizing the melody with the thumb! I'll be sure to do that now when I work on it.
One of the best channels i have seen, EVER!!. Seriously, thanks to this channel i improved my skills and understand more about playing piano, how the instrument must be played! Thanks for too much and sorry for so little!
I am absolutely terrible at playing classical music. This has helped me a lot! Now I love playing classical. Is there any way you could do lacrimosa? Its one of my favorite pieces. You are a great teacher!
Sir! I have the feeling that the souls of Paganini, Franz Lit, Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart and many other musical geniuses entered him! How is it that the classics are so difficult that they fit in the palm of your hand? Amazing! Or was he in his previous life a Piano professor? Very lucky and wonderful that I happened to know your channel! This! Can I ask you something? Later, he returned to his ancestors and asked for a part of his soul to enter me so that I could play the piano like him! I registered in advance! No one can take my share!😊
Wow. Very clear. Thank you for tutorial. I'm learning it using sheet music. I was searching some slow interpretation of La Campanella. Your video came in the search. I watched it It helped a lot. Now I'm learning using notation and your tutorial.
AH HA! I finally cracked the "wide intervals" :-) Play them in reverse - or right to left order; as its a more natural flow due to expectations of motion: Learning by trial and error here:
My first day conquering this work was very interesting. It's extremely difficult for a blind person like me, but I managed to complete part 1. Honestly speaking! LAST NIGHT I HAD TO CALL THE SPIRIT PAGANINI INTO HELP ME PLAY THAT RIGHT HAND! THE LEFT HAND MUST CONTINUE TO CALL THE SOUL OF FRANZ LIT TO ENTRY IN FOR HELP, OTHERWISE THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO MATCH THE TWO HAND. HEHE.... THANK YOU FOR THIS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT BUT VERY INTERESTING CLASSIC!😅
Wow!! Thanks a lot! Understanding the logic behind the notes really helps! I recently learnt moonlight sonata with you and it was amazing to finally be able to play it. Now La Campanella turn!! Challenge accepted ahaha
There should be a well established Piano Podcast discussing practical music and music theory etcetera: A place where swapping ideas is a weekly event between at least two Pianists/Pianos in the same room; whom are teaching & learning from each other live while doing online Q&As: This would work in everyone's favour: Product placement/endorsements and other things would pay for most: Just a thought:
this has been so useful to me, i thank you with the most sincerity in my heart. you most definitely earned a new subscriber. i look forward to more videos :D
started learning this with tiny ass hands, i can barely reach one note above an octave, got the right hand down very well, can play it faster than intended but that second chord in the first part of the left hand is giving me helll
OMG, Thanks a lot, I'd been waiting for this tutorial for so long and loved it, and hope for the other parts to be uploaded soon, thanks again, you are a gem,

Now I realized the importance of having bigger hands...
His hands are fkn biiiiiiigggg, I can barely reach one octave while this man could probably reach an octave with his 2nd and 3rd finger
Avdyl Krasniqi That is definitely a disadvantage but it is mainly skill. He is still jumping from note to note in the right hand, and the skill it takes to hit every one if them at that speed is unreal. River Rivenburg I agree with you. But it's way easier to play those crazy jumps with large hands not gonna lie
I’m can’t reach with my left hand and my hands are super tiny since I’m only 12
Niko22908’s Streams you're playing La Campenella already? At age 12? That's really impressive :D
