I just wanted to say. . I found u Kresha 3 weeks ago today. After being so frustrated with my sp making me feel like I was the problem. I was so upsrt To the point I literally wanted to physically hurt him, I wanted revenge BAD BAD because I had taking this treatment for months . We went no contact 2 days before I found u . I just remembered crying after I got drunk & drove to his house & blew his phone for him to come outside(desperate move ik & it's a first for me) he said all this he was literally done & wanted nothing to do with me anymore 🙄. So I had been affirming strong for almost 3 weeks. I experienced negative dreams, saw his name, saw #44 alot, I was even experiencing moods to the extreme. All while I was affirming for self concept, my family, money, etc. Make a long story short. . . He finally reached out to me this past Tuesday & I made it seem like I didn't want to talk to him so & wanted him to chase me. So he respected that I didn't want to talk anymore basically & I said it's ok he'll be back before the end of the week , Matter of fact tomorrow. So he called me on ig & text me that next night 🤪 said he wanted to see me that night. I went to see him & he Damm near said everything I wanted him to say, even the calling on ig i literally script that in my journal. I got an apology(mind u HE WAS a mf that don't apologize & always wanna be right) but non of that shit phased me when I learned the right way to manifest. he told me why he was acting the way he was acting. And after that night he didn't text or call but I'm not getting desperate im keeping it "G" & imma keep affirming. I've gotten so good with my mental diet and everything it's so much more I wanna say but don't feel like typing everything... I'm not new to manifesting but I definitely see it the right way now which is law of assumption instead of attraction. Now I'm manifesting that w.e problem he's facing it'll go away & it Will because it's my reality & w.e tf I say goes !!! Period. Much love to u Kresha

Y’all better discipline yourselves fr, discipline makes men greater so stick to your affirmations fuck what they said to you, and go and affirm for 20 minutes or more every single day. And if you feel burnt out breathe in and out and you can do it again the next day.

Did you were disciplined enough?, cause baby I can guarantee you that the law of assumption works you just need to stick to it and every single time that you think about (her) you should always think from a positive perspective I did this and I manifested my SP so easy. You need to work also in self concept meaning that manifesting it’s so easy for you and you always get your manifestation instantly you should say that.
