- So loving these bars now! Didn't invent any of these exercises, but practicing stuff i found in a gymnastics coaching book. :) The forward bend was from the book, then i threw in the split up. :) Gravity kinda locks you in place and gets a good stretch also in the shoulders and the upper back.
Those with hyperflexible hips might have a hard time because in the splits, their raised leg might see-saw up in the air and pull them way of alignment, so it makes it, aside from flexibility, a very good core control exercise.

@evobe hey thanks! i've learned from so many great teachers who never cease to share, you almost wanna say "stop!" as too much information can sometimes overwhelm! :) what's the use of knowing stuff if you can't share them right? Cheers!
