I mean there are civilian drill teams who do harder moves all in sync still without dropping. But Military Drill Teams train at a slower cadence, use easier moves, and most are still perfectly on sync with each other. Drops do happen from time to time though, but most observers don't mind. Although at WDC, NHSDC, or any Drill Comp, you'll get docked a lot of points for doing so.
