This is usually caused by 3 things Low coolant level limp mode Low oil limp mode Loose fitting fuel cap or dirt in the seal of the fuel cap no code no power no boost because lower fuel pressure clean the seal tighten cap fully restart Try this should be good again 😉
That isnt how you check your engine oil my man 🙈 you need to wipe the dip stick clean and insert it back in, then pull it back out to get your accurate reading (when they engine is cold)
My Vito 2006 115 shows engine light limp mode intermittently, I’ll pull over, turn the engine off for one minute or so and it will go off and run normally. Sometimes the engine light will come on with no limp mode and go off while driving, sometimes it will go 8th limp mode and then go out while driving. It’s been doing this for years and merc mechanics say it’s very difficult to pinpoint an intermittent fault.
Tells you if the engine oil level is okay on the instrument panel
