    I have a new position at work and my new boss (a manager) is a woman. Your talks have helped give me a very colorful interpretation of this relationship.

    Terrance McKenna said something along the lines of the tension in the world is the tension between the ego and feminine, not between the masculine and feminine.

    I have a female friend who is afraid to go out at night, and she said it is a common fear among women. I am a male and had not noticed and considered that without someone, she's pretty much imprisoned at home, unless maybe she gets in the car.

    I am perplexed by different people, male and female, living in different worlds. Maybe easier for me to think of as different people living with different worldviews, as I believe there's only one world.

      "Worldview" is fine, but it makes it sound like an idea; "world" makes clearer that it's a matter of concrete engagement with a real environment. It's normal English usage, as when you buy a history book about "the Roman world" or talk about "the world of the painter" or something like that.
