  • Sardinas At Pechay Solve na ang pananghalian, simple at madaling lutuin swak sa budget tatak pinoy.
    Ingredients:
    3 cans of sardines any brand
    3 tali ng pechay
    3 pcs. of ripe tomatoes med. size - sliced
    1 pc. of onion med. size - sliced
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    patis or fish sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of magic sarap seasoning (optional)
    Procedure:
    1. gisa lang natin ang garlic at onion until aromatic
    2. then add tomatoes until soft
    3. add sardines and saute
    4. add litte water the empty can of sardines then put in the pan (yun lang ang pinakasabaw nya)
    5. add salt and black pepper powder
    6, add stalk of pechay for 1 minute
    7, then add the pechay leaves just cover a minute only
    8. then add patis or fish sauce (optional)
    9. magic sarap seasoning (optional)
    10. It's done .
