I had anxiety 1995-2008, including being in hospital for it and not being able to work, triggered by many miscarriages. What has kept it under control since.....over 11 years without it, was enforced two hours of exercise every single day, with no days off. Improved diet has curbed depression for me tremendously.
Anxiety is horrible isn't it? I'm glad you have found something that works for you. Since I've started jogging I've noticed an improvement. Don't know if I have the discipline to do two hour a day of exercise, maybe I should give it a go!
