After seeing the book he is indeed using Vaccum V2, but on reverse, the instructions on the gold extraction shows that the Candycane with a dot on the top left is grab and the cane without a dot is pour.

Cool logic puzzle on a puzzle XD (Dot in logic diagram means NOT, so that would make the spell Combustion: Increase matter heat, and freeze: reduce matter heat)
Right the idol has only the most important stuff in its dial Air, Heat, Matter, Age(?) and GOLD....XD
Absolutely love this series, you did great, you got every character name on the first try, and the spells were also really fast solve.
