I'm not sure if just about any team in APAC could 'take' region. I agree that the Hunters, Spitefire, and Spark can provide upsets on any given day - but I don't see them doing it consistently throughout a bracket to win a tournament. It's like multiplying fractions. What's the Hunters chance of beating Nyxl/Dragons? Every 4th game say? That's 1/4 (25%) to win their first game. Then they have to beat those same odds to take the next. Possible, but the odds for winning both games are 1/8, 12.5%. And to be honest that's being generous imo. I think there's a definite line separating Hunters, Spitfire, Spark and then Seoul, Charge, Nyxl, Dragons (kind of in that order too). In saying that, it is definitely more likely a 'bottom' team could take a win from a 'top' team in APAC as opposed to NA. The Outlaws are never taking a win off the Shock for example.
Honestly tho i kinda of disagree i could definitely see some hunters or spark (not really london tho) to do a deep bracket run and seoul can be in any "tier" every week
