In Alaska, we have a long winter with temperatures often near zero. I have the dual lithiun LT batteries and wonder if they can be left in the rv or if they should be removed for inside storage? Will leaving the motorhome connected to a 15amp 120v line maintain and protect the batteries? Should I insulate the battery compartment or even add additional heat (which may be expensive)?
My name is JT Jones, I own a 2019 Isata 3 24RWM Class C Motorhome. I am considering replacing my existing Deep Cycle Intimidator AGM Batteries with Battle Born 100 AH Lithium Batteries. However, I am not sure that Battle Born Lithium Batteries will work with my RV existing electrical system. My RV is equipped with a Cummings Onan QG 3600 LP Generator (Model 3.6KYFA26120P), Progressive Dynamics Power Converter (Model PD4060), Magnum Dimensions Power Inverter, (Model CSW1012) Magnum Dimensions Transfer Switch (Model CSW-TS15), and Progressive Dynamics Transfer Switch (Model PD5110610). Can anyone tell me if your 100ah Battle Born Lithium Batteries will work with my RV existing electrical system?
We actually use ReLion batteries, but they are all pretty much the same. There have been several customers that have swapped out AGM for Lithium, but as the video points out, you have to change multiple items to take full advantage.
Some people have already done that upgrade. You can find some of them discussing it here. www.forestriverforums.com/forums/f240/dynamax-lithium-battery-option-video-218347.html
Good video. Good explanation. (Delco Bobby)
Glad you liked it. We appreciate all your feedback on the forums.

Best bet is to follow the recommendations from the battery OEM. relionbattery.com/products/lithium/rb100-lt
Excellent video. Thanks.
Glad it helped
How many total KW does the lithium package on the Isata 5 have? I'm more concerned about KW (run time) vs. amp hours.
The conversion for kWh is just amp hours multiplied by the voltage of the battery. Assuming 400 Amp Hours of capacity, then you would have 4800 KW's
