I mean, I still want universal back, but the fluid gestures are a nice start. Sometimes on the 16 Pro Max, it’s hard to reach across and swipe back across menus.
The 17 pro max will be my first iphone since the 4. I've been waiting for Apple to catch up in various ways to the features and hardware offered on android, and they're doing swimmingly. I can't wait to try one out as my daily driver. The gestures and navigation are going to be a painpoint for me. Can't believe how much harder it is to navigate your phone with ios. At least they're changing stuff about it. That and notifications are the only two flaws I'm seeing with iphone for my preferences.
Also he has access to developer beta so he can find the differences before the Release candidate gets pushed to the general public. That’s how they can post all the changes the day it gets posted for the masses to download.
Things Apple must add immediately. 1 - double and triple click actions on Action Button 2- while playing music 2 clicks on Action Button to skip song and 3 clicks to previous song just like AirPods 3 - sync mail app notifications across devices. Tired that having to open the iPad mail app to remove the notification badge 4 - tinted icons should not turn widgets black and white. Specially Photos widget
Sync mail app notification badges? What mail service are you using? This hasn’t been an issue pretty much since launch as long as you’re using an IMAP mail service.
Apple’s probably creating a visual intelligence control not for the iPhone 15 Pros but rather for new iPads or maybe the iPhone SE4 if it doesn’t have camera control
How did you find these features? Some of these like those animations look cool, and that back gesture is very interesting
i’m also curious, i’d like to try some of these features
im looking forward the fluid nav
@@venrossx That's a important one for sure with how wide these latest iPhones are.

@@davidtompkins7228 thats not how that works
How did you enable fluid navigation testing?
@@Motawa88 i am on ios 18.3, yet fluid navigation doesn't work for me
I hear you all about the distracting editing. I got too cute. I'll tone it down going forward. 😂
How are these hidden features enabled?
2:27 i hope they integrate the game mode notification in the dynamic island
I second this!
i definitely hope the new animations like the pinned animations stuff like that make it to a final release
But how do I get this fluid navigation, I am on 18.3 but this is not with it.
How do you get Visual Intelligence debug mode?

Friend, if you don't mind, I can give feedback to Apple about all this :) by the devs and beta testers feedback app

how do u access this new animation? because i am on latest update that is 18.3 but i cannot use it
Why can’t they just add a universal back gesture like on Android
Updated to 22D63, but I got none of the features highlighted in this episode. Am I missing something here?
Not related
But can anyone recommend me a usb C hub with hdmi 2.1 port in it & usb C hub in it?
Satechi
Oh wait these aren’t real
They are real, just not user-facing.
@@9to5Mac how do you have access to it tho?
I love my iPhone but the nav gestures are pure garbage. Should be just like android. Should be right or left swiping. Nothing intuitive about it.
I think a screen recording works better for a video like this
I would disagree.
First…
Wow, amazing…
