I'm irl plus size (size 20/22). In fairness to the devs, this is only a demo, and they might still be working on hairs/sliders/etc. I still think you do raise some valid points, though.
Yeah, that's maybe the shape of an overweight senior/elder, but someone younger at that weight should have more curves. And the weight itself could go a bit higher.
Not being able to make myself as a plus sized zoi was very frustrating. I also had much the same problem I have with The Sims, I can’t get the brows and eyes close enough either. I also want to know how people are making ethereal looking ones.

girl idek if sims will even fix any of that the close you can get to making yourself is downloading body presets and get custom slider mods and there are eye presets as well.
i was looking into the ages as well and i believe middle age is 51-65. the wrinkles work for the higher end but def a lot for the younger end of that range. love the zoi you made! hope they take all the feedback and make the improvements once fully released! great vid 😊

Especially, we are facing some technical challenges when it comes to adjusting body shape. We are truly sorry that we are not offering the full function at the current stage. This is a much needed video. I’m a plus sized woman myself & with the sliders to the max, I somewhat felt myself being fat shamed while attempting to create plus sized characters. I’m glad the developers mentioned that they’ll be working on the body customization portion of create a ZOI. However, I’m still concerned with what improvements will be made being that the game’s projected release date is late 2024. They seem to be a receptive team. Hopefully they’ll pay attention to the public’s constructive feedback & work on or outsource for what’s possible.

Im just now getting into zoi but from what i read i believe there will only be an alpha release in late 2024,not a full complete game- so thats a plus [no pun intended] . I am plus size as well and when I saw that the plus size was like....5 more lbs then the regular and you cant make the boobs or butt bigger or different bellies and no hips?! lawddddddd I was like .-.;;; but hopefully they realize there is a much needed upgrade in this department- not to mention alot of the clothes clipped/ morphed awkwardly on our bodies too so I'm sitting here like " yall gotta do better" to be honest ,I THINK this is a korean based game?? as most of us know how they view weight and beauty so the fact they even have a "plus" size is surprising but it is deff limited because it is limited in korean in general. They have no idea how much the western market is like "nah we allll shapes n sizes cmon now " haha
also- I think there needs to be a teen category,if you can be a child- because in my eyes adult is 35s-45, so; child[0-12],teen [13-19],young adult[ 20-34],adult [35-45] older adult [46+] but regardless how they decide to categorize it doesnt matter if you have amazing details you can edit. there needs to be far more skin textures and accents and all that to really customize the growth,weathering,experienced look of our zois :]

There's definitely not much representation of bigger people. And its not really possible to do "ugly" characters as well or even give ZOIs a much more wrinkly or scarred face with moles, imperfections etc. . Its frustrating how "clean" and overly "perfect" everything looks. I expect the gameplay to be like this aswell and I'm a bit...disappointed :/
the sliders do need some work there is no way that is a plus size I would also like to see more hair to me they have been making kpop girls and guys not real life people, also i,m sorry but when you clicked on adult that face is to old for middle age no one that I know have that many wrinkles at middle age
@yesplatinum7956 yes there are wrinkles but we don't want wrinkles and they were set to 0 but the wrinkles were there as I changed the weight and expanded the face & body Hopefully it will change 😊
