I had a wasp nest like you. I never hurt them and they protected me. I sold the house and moved out. The developers who bought the house delayed settlement so I had 6 weeks of still owning the house after leaving. Before settlement I went back to do a clean up of the dropped leaves etc and to my surprise the wasps had already left. They did not stay after I had gone.
Somehow they knew. That brings on a whole new level of deep thought. Wow. Now I wish that I had gone up on the roof to say goodbye to my little friends. Maybe they were also packing up and getting ready to move on. If they are able to sense that they shouldn't mess with the current managers of their universe,, maybe they can sense when it's all changing too. ugh. What would we do if our top scientists and psychics told us that something huge and different and unidentifiable was slowly growing,, and we had only 200 years before the uncertainty arrived,, Hmmm,, sounds like a topic for a video! Have you seen the movie “don’t look up” it is a most interesting movie on several levels (eg if something bad were coming would our leaders do anything about it). I think you will enjoy it. i really loved and liked your videos specially this playlist but sorry to say that their is one or many drawback in your theory as you suggested they cant survive on this harsh environment and needed help and they genetically modified or engineered apes. aliens that can travel to other planet and modify other species they suddenly came in contact i dint think so 1))- if they have such capabilities instead of modifying others they will first modify them self to adapt/ get comfortable in this harsh situations which they found uncomfortable. 2))- and again such intelligent species dint need help they need labors 3))- and as we know and suspect that we dint have anything to do with or how megalithic stones structure created. and nor in past or neither in present we have advance tech like them. so either they just needed labors to do small chores. or we are just unplanned or un-calculated equation that came into existence. i have around 8 to 12 theories about why are we cant figure this all out. and i really like the message your spreading we can be like bees. we need to work together for better future

locust activity as the video implies is living moment to moment and causing harm. planetary defense is thinking ahead for the sake of everyone, it's like one of the best things we could possibly be doing right now. locust activity would be like in Don't Look Up where instead of just destroying the asteroids and saving everyone, they get greedy and try to mine them for their resources in time but they fail. that would be a bad idea. redirecting them is a good idea. at least that's how I see it. maybe some other aliens have some philosophy about not interfering with asteroids but idk man doesn't seem to make much sense
Just found your channel and watched your 8 chapter series. Interesting theories but I prefer that the extraterrestrials are more gods then aliens. Obviously not all but at least One that matters. This world I believe has been purposely prepared for life and intelligent life. Our species being at the pinnacle because we were made to resemble The Most High. Now whether made or begotten by this Being(s) is another topic for another time. Suffice to say I believe our race was placed here but not just once but several times. Unfortunately, it would seem that past plantings of our race failed for one reason or another which required a complete reset or replanting. In the Bible, in the Book of Genesis, it states that God commanded Adam and Eve to multiple and REPLENISH the earth. This is what I think happened. Some prior civilization 12,000 to 13,000 years ago was destroyed like one would destroy a field of crops. However, not all the evidence of their existence was wiped out I.e., the pyramids and other megalithic structures and perhaps there were some pockets or remnants of survivors. But those who survived did not carry or were not able to retain the wisdom and technological advances of their prior civilization. Hence, a reset and a replanting was made so to speak. I do believe you hit the nail on the head though with your bee and locust analogy. We as a species and as a civilization must learn to work together and be like bees. In doing so we will continue and thrive but if we are locusts we apparently serve no good purpose for our Creator and are promptly removed at some appointed time.
